It is hereby notified that the answer scripts of candidates with following Register Numbers for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Grade . II in Health Services Department (Category No. 301/2007) in Kottayam District held on 7-6-2008 have been invalidated due to the reasons as stated below.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 22-12-2007 and subsequent verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 5-2-2009 for the post of Draftsman Gr. I/Overseer Gr. I (Civil) on Rs. 4600-7125 (PR) (Category No. 90/2007) in the Harbour Engineering/P.W.D./Irrigation/Ground Water Department. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-8-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the19th JAN. 2010] KERALA GAZETTE 32 occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
Secretary (Examinations-I), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re-checked, if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC- 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-1, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004, should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Raked List. Application for re-checking after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various Offices of the Commission or photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)–I, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram–695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts"). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) www.keralapsc.org. along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy No. No.

(2) The candidates who have secured 66 (Sixty Six) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 7-6-2008 for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Grade II on Rs. 6680-10790 (Category No. 301/2007) in the Health Services Department in Kottayam District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 15-9-2007 with Category No. 301/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 1-10-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the List will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurance of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. Thrissur should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the PSC. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
Entries put in Column (4) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorported in the list.
Candidates who wish to obtain the Xerox copies of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state which is to be credited to the Head of Accounts "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99 Other receipts" and the orginal chalan receipt should be attached with the application. The application form is given with the notification . The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both "A" Part and "B" part will be given. Copy of in alidated answerscripts will not be given. The Xerox copy will be sent by registered post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of their candidates answer script legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the Xerox copy of OMR answerscript should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of Ranked List.

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the OMR Test held on 13-4-2007 and 28-4-2007 and the verification of Original documents of candidates for the post of Village Extension Officer Grade II on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Rural Development Department in Thrissur District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 11-9-2006 as Category Number 72/2006 (VEO Gr. II) and 73/2006 (LVEO Gr. II). The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 24-9-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the tresuries in the state under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re- checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
