to The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. XXI/ 2009-10 supply of Reference books " and should be addressed the Director, Institute ofAnimal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-1-2010 at 11 a . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 30-1-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director , Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode, PachPacha P. O Thiruvananthapuram, Pin - 695 562 for obtaining the prescribed tender forms on which the tenders should be subunitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs.400 (Rupees Four hundred only) and VAT 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of the tender forms willbe closed at 3 p.m. on 29-1-2010 . SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The meterials used must be of good quality .
2. The accepted tenderers should execute an agreement in the requisite Kerala Government Stamp Paper duly furnishing 5 % of the total contract amount as security deposit within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders , Installation may be effected even before executing the agreement but payment will be released only after executing the same .
3. The EMD of the unsuccessful tenderers will be released only on receipt of confirmation orders of tenders approved.
4. The contractor shall deliver and stand the goods in the glown at his own cost and the rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes .
5. The payment in advance towards the supply will not be considered and the payment will be effected promptly for supplies received on each indent depending on the Government. Treasury restrictions .
6. All tender formalities of Kerala Government are applicable here also .
