TENDER NOTICE
[No. 10 / UGC- XI Plan ]
No. A2 -UGC/ XI Plan/08 ( A) . 23rd December 2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purifier Cum Cooler- (80 Ltrs./hr.)-1 No. to P.T.M. Government College , Perinthalmanna for Rs .40,000 under UGC XI Plan - UG Assistance . The Tenders should be superscribed as "Supply of Water Purifier Cum Cooler under UGC XI Plan- UG Assistance" and addressed to the Principal , P.T.M. Gow rament College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pim-679 322 , Karad State . The last date ond time of receipt of filled tender is on 23-1-2010 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 27-1-2010 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Intending tenderers , may on application to the Principal , P.T.M. Govt . College , Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District , Pin -679 322 , Kerala State obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted .
Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 300 towards cost of form plus Rs . 38 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is refundable under any circumstances. The tender orms are not transferable , Cheques, Postal Orders , not Drafts etc. , will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by Registered Post should sent Rs . 370 by M.O. including cost of tender form and Registered Postal Charges .
Every tender shouldbe completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1 % of of total cost of equipments to be quoted. Short/ Term/Fixed Deposit receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments with in one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses . The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2010 . The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents . Every tenderers should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender .
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice . The cash transactions in the office is from 10 a . m. to 2 p.m on all working days .

XI Plan Under Graduate Assistance പ്രകാരം Water Purifier Cum Cooler വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ " എന്നെഴുതി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി ടി എം, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ -679 322 , കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം '' എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 28-1-2010 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ " . ടെണ്ടർ ത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന് 27-1-2010 -ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ടെണ്ടറിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ (പിൻസിപ്പാൾ, പി . ടി . എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ , മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ .679 922 , 03 സംസ്ഥാനം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയുടെ കൂടെ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 300 രൂപയും വാറ് 38 രൂപയും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആകെ 338 രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , പോസ്റാൽ ഓർഡർ , (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അ യച്ചു കൊ ടുക്കുന്ന തോ അല്ല , ടെണ്ടറുകൾ രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിന ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയും രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ‌ജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 370 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡർ അയച്ചു തരേണ്ടതാണ് .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ടെണ്ടറിന്റെകൂടെ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്കുളള ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ചെയ്യേണ്ട താണ് . ഷോർട്ട് / ടം 'ഫിക്‌സഡ് ഡെപ്പോസിററ് രസീതുകൾ മുതലായവകൾ മുതലായവ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഓരോ ഉപകരണത്തിൻറെയും വിലയും വാറ്റ് , മറ് ചിലവുകൾ എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിതരണ ഉത്തരവു കിട്ടി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട താണ് . വിലനിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2010 23 (പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽനിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കി യിട്ടുളള കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിൻറെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് ടെണ്ടറിൻറെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിൻറെ കൂടെയും 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് .
222 യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പുംപ്പും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടർ നടപടികൾ യ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതി അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു .
