ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം

നമ്പർ ബി2-18726/2009. 2010 ജനുവരി 4.

പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ പൊതുജനാരോഗ്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 1-4-2010 മുതൽ 31-3-2011 വരെയുളള കാല ഘട്ടത്തിൽ അഴുക്കുതുണികൾ അലക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരാധിഷ്ഠിത ദർഘാസുകൾ/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ അതാത് സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങളിലെ മേലധികാരികൾക്ക് 4-2-2010 പകൽ 3 മണിക്കുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കേ≠താണ്. അന്നേദിവസം പകൽ 3.30-ന് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്നവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനു ള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സമർപ്പിച്ചവർക്ക് അംഗീകാ രത്തിനു വിധേയമായി വർക്ക് ഓർഡർ നൽകുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആകെ വരുന്ന മതിപ്പ് തുകയുടെ 1% (ഒരു ശതമാനം) തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടി വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. തുണികൾ വൃത്തിയായും ഭംഗിയായും അലക്കി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ഏല്പിക്കുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു സാധ നങ്ങളും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒരു കഷ്ണം തുണി (കിടക്കവിരി, തലയണഉറ, ജമുക്കാളം, ഏപ്രൺ തുടങ്ങി ചെറുതും വലുതുമായ തുണികൾ ഒരു കഷ്ണമായി കണക്കാക്കി ശരാശരി ഒരു കഷ്ണത്തിന് എന്ന നിരക്കിൽ) അലക്കുന്നതിന് ഇത്ര രൂപയാണെന്ന് ദർഘാസിൽ അക്കത്തിലും അക്ഷരത്തിലും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവർ 50 രൂപ (അൻപതു രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുള്ള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ടുകൊടുക്കേ≠താണ്. കരാർ പ്രകാരം ഒരു വർഷത്തെ കണക്കാക്കപ്പെട്ട തുകയുടെ 5% വരുന്ന ജാമ്യ സംഖ്യ കെട്ടിവച്ച് 1-4-2010 മുതൽ ജോലി ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തേ≠താണ്.

ജോലി ഏറ്റെടുത്ത കരാറുകാരൻ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണ വശാൽ കരാർ നടത്തിപ്പിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയാൽ അലക്കു ജോലി മറ്റുവിധത്തിൽ നടത്തുകയും ആയതിന് സർക്കാരിനു ≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം കരാറുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് നിലവിലുള്ള നിയമ മനുസരിച്ച് ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ മേലധികാരികളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത മായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ആഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the installation of new chimney to the incinerator of Institute of Maternal & Child Health, Medical College, Calicut as noted below:

Envelope containing tenders should be superscribed with tender numbers as indicated in the statement below and should be addressed to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College, Calicut -8, Kerala. Tender must be submitted in the sealed covers. Tender will be opened at 11 a.m. on 18-2-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized person who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Intending tenders may on application to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College, Calicut, Kerala will obtain the requisite tender forms in which the tenders should be submitted.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied by the cash remittance as noted below for a set of tender forms, which will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The equipment should have two years warranty. All parts of the machine should be included in the above warranty. The rate for AMC/CMC for each year for 5 years after the warranty period should be specified in the tender. Otherwise tender will not be considered. The tenders should undertake the responsibility for the intimate service even if any change in the dealership of the product supplied. The tender should be submitted the specification of the product with brochure of brand name.

The tender forms are not transferable. Cheque, Postage Stamp, Draft, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Tender forms will not be sent by VPP. Tender should be accompany EMD amounting to 1% (Rounded to nearest to 1 Rupee) of the total cost of articles tendered for. The tenders not accompanied by sufficient EMD will not be entertained.

Cost of tender form (Including Tax) :

Original—Rs. 1,575.

Duplicate—Rs. 788.

If sent by post—Rs. 50 (Additional).

Closing date and time of sale of tender forms—

16-2-2010 at 3 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender form—

17-2-2010, 5 p. m.

Date up to which the rates are to be firm—

31-12-2010.

കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് എെ.എം.സി.എച്ച്. ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ഇൻസിനറേറ്ററിന്റെ പുകക്കുഴൽ മാറ്റി സ്ഥാപി ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ പ്രകാരം ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ എഴുതി സൂപ്ര≠്, ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മെറ്റേണൽ ആന്റ ് ചൈൽഡ് ഹെൽത്ത്, കോഴിക്കോട്-8, കേരളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ താഴെ ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിലും സമയത്തും അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 18-2-2010-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷി ക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ആവശ്യമായ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ താഴെ കൊടു ത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം തുക അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. യായി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ തപാൽ ചാർ÷ായി 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ ഡെമോൺസ്ട്രേഷന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം. കൂടാതെ മെഷീന് ര≠് വർഷത്തെ ഗ്യാര≠ിയും അതിനുശേഷം അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തെ സി.എം.സി./എ.എം.സി. തരാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരുമായി രിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം മെഷീനിന്റെ സി.എം.സി./ എ.എം.സി. എന്നിവ കൃത്യമായി പാലിക്കേ≠തും മെഷീനിന്റെ ഡീലർഷിപ്പ് മാറിയാലും ടെ≠റിലെ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥരുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ മെഷീനിന്റെ ബ്രോഷർ, സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ എന്നിവ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം സംഖ്യയ്ക്കുള്ള ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഒറിജിനൽ—രൂപ 1,575. പകർപ്പ്—രൂപ 788. തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ—രൂപ 50 (അധികം).

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—16-2-2010, 3 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—17-2-2010, 5 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠ തീയതി—31-12-2010. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ അറിയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ നടപടികൾ മുന്നറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെ നീട്ടിവെക്കാനോ നിർത്തി വെക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം സൂപ≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Fabrication and eraction of self supported MS Chimney internally rubber lined construction (3mm thick rubber lining) of 200 mm Top dia 30 meter height with the following specifications.

Ist 20 meters flare section 6mm thick top dia 200 bottom dia 850 2nd 10 meters straight section 4 mm thick 200 mm dia section flanges at 2.5 meters straight section 4 mm thick 200 mm dia section flanges at 2.5 meters internal with thickness of 10 mm platform for sampling point access at an elevation of 10 meters ladder with cage upto platform with ladder above platform base plate 12 mm thick chair plate 10 m thick intermediate stiffeners 8 mm thick foundation bolt M 25 Ash door, Ash door pad plate strengthened with equal cutout area chimny hood aviation lamp lightening arrester GI strip earth plate etc. All complete with 2 scoats of heat resistant aluminium paint.
