TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
No. M4-18049/2009 .
9th January 2010 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Digital Cameras (8 Nos .) to various Jails of Kerala .
of The tender should be superscribed with the Number , Name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram - 12 . The PAC of the tender will . be Rs . 1,00,000 .
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% EMD will be 28-1-2010 , 2 p.m. and will be opened at 4 p . m . on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2010 .
Tender forms maybe obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours .
Thosewho have submitted tender bids ," in response to this office Tender Notice dated 24-11-2009 need not submit bids again .
Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 400+ VAT@ 12.5 % for original , Rs . 200 +VAT @ 12.5 % forduplicate.
The cost of tender forms shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 27-1-2010 .
Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form , nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Further details are available from Prisons Headquarters during office hours .
കേരളത്തിലെ ജയിൽ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഡിജിററൽ ക്യാമറകൾ ( 8 എണ്ണം ) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ആദഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്‌ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിൻറ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( പ്രിസൺസ് ) , του ποδ ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
അടങ്കൽ തുക - 1,00,000 രൂപ . 2 ദർഘാസുകൾ അവസാന 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട 28-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ 28-1-2010-0 . വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കുക
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു ണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അഡീഷണൽ ഡയാക്‌ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( പിസൺസ് ) , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറെ മാഫീസിൽ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രൊക്കം പണമ ച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 2-12-2009 -ലെ ഇതിനോടകം ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളളവർ വീണ്ടും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല .
ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില -അസ്സൽ 1400+ วง ด 12.5% งา രൂപ 200 + വാറാ ° 12.5 % ആയിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൽ നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 27-1-2010-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി . പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെക്ക് , പോസ്‌റേജ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . സ്ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ
