In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8 (a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, B. Syed Mohammed, Commissioner of Customs, Cochin, hereby approve the following area of Willingdon Island, Ernakulam District in the State of Kerala as per limits
specified in the Table below for the loading and unloading of goods including personal baggage meant for import and export.
TABLE
1. Location : Shed near BTP Berth
2. Area : 6000 Sq.Mtrs. with rectangular shape (3000 Mtrs. Length and 200 Mtrs. Width).
3. Boundaries : North—Vacant land belonging to Cochin Port and Low Wharf Office of Mattancherry Wharf.
East— IOC Tank Terminal.
West—Road along the BTP
berth.
South—Customs bonded Bulk cargo storage yard of Mattancherry Wharf.
