Sealed tenders are invited for executing the Loading, Unloading and Transporting works of Stationery Office, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 on contract basis.

Transporting of Stationery articles from the Stationery Office, Thiruvananthapuram to other officers within the State and from(1) (2) one District to another.
3 124/2009-10—Loading and Unloading— 3,000 Secretariat Store, Jail Press—Loading and Unloading of Stationery and other articles from the Secretariat Store, Annex Cellar, Thiruvananthapuram and loading from Jail Press and Central Press.
4 125/2009-10—Loading and Unloading— 10,000 Thiruvananthapuram District—Loading and Unloading Stationery articles, Opening of bundles and sealed wooden cases, stocking and as etc. works in the various stores of Stationery Office, Thiruvananthapuram.
Cost of tender forms:
Original—Rs. 400+12.5% VAT for Sl. No. 1, Rs. 1,500+12.5% VAT for Sl. No. 2 and Sl. No. 4 and Rs. 600+12.5% VAT for Sl. No. 3.
Duplicate—Rs. 200+12.5% VAT for Sl. No. 1, Rs. 750+12.5% VAT for Sl. Nos. 2 and Sl. No. 4 and Rs. 300+12.5% VAT for Sl. No. 3.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—10-2-2010, 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender form—
11-2-2010, 1 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tenders—11-2-2010, 3 p. m.
The envelope containing the tenders shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and item and addressed to the 'Controller of Stationery, P. M. G., Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the due date and time noted above in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tenders.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted. Cost of tenders forms will be accepted either in cash (remittance in the office) or by Money Order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33. The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances. The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/ Money Order coupon. If date of opening of tender happens to be holiday it will be opened at the same time
(3) on the next working day. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed 24 hours before the time fixed for opening of the tenders. Cheques, Postage Stamps and Demand Draft etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the tender forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at the price fixed for the purpose. Tenders without preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outrightly.

അസ്സൽ—ക്രമനമ്പർ 1-ന് രൂപ 400+12.5% വാറ്റ്, ക്രമനമ്പർ 2-നും 4-നും രൂപ 1,500+12.5% വാറ്റ,് ക്രമനമ്പർ 3-ന് രൂപ 600+12.5% വാറ്റ്.
പകർപ്പ്—ക്രമനമ്പർ 1-ന് രൂപ 200+12.5% വാറ്റ്, ക്രമനമ്പർ 2-നും 4-നും രൂപ 750+12.5% വാറ്റ,് ക്രമനമ്പർ 3-ന് രൂപ 300+12.5% വാറ്റ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—10-2-2010, 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത് കരാറിനായി എന്ന വിവരവും രേഖപ്പടുത്തേ≠താണ്. "സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033" എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിയിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ വ്യ‡ികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കാനായി നി›യിച്ച ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധിയാവുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തുടർന്നുള്ള പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വേ≠വർ ഫോറത്തിന് നി›യി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വില സഹിതം (പണമായോ, മണിയോർഡറായോ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് (ഒൗദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ഏത് ദർഘാസിനും ഇനത്തിനും വേ≠ിയുള്ള ഫോറമാണ് വേ≠തെന്ന് അപേക്ഷയിൽ/മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന് 24 മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപ് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് വേ≠വർക്ക് നി›യിച്ച വിലയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഉടമ്പടിയും നിരതദ്രവ്യവുമില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
