യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ആവശ്യമുള്ള ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന് 150 രൂപ + വാറ്റും വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
