AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICES

A 1989 Model Ambulance, KL-01-1850 attached to Fire and Rescue Station, Adoor will be sold in auction on 20-3-2010 at 11 a. m. hours at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station, Adoor by the Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services, Southern Division, Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:

The intending bidders should deposit an Earnest Money of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) before the commencement of the auction. The earnest money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others will be refunded on the spot.

Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale. Sealed tenders should be accompanied with Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) drawn in favour of Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services, Southern Division, Thiruvananthapuram-1 payable at State Bank of Travancore, Vellayambalam Branch, Thiruvananthapuram and the same will be accepted upto 12 Noon on 19-3-2010. The top of the cover containing the sealed tenders should be superscribed as "Sealed tender for the purchase of Ambulance-KL-01-1850". Those who have submitted sealed tenders can also participate in the auction sale. But it is not compulsory to participate in the auction sale for those who have already submitted sealed tender.

The sealed tenders will be opened after the public auction and the highest bid amount of the auction sealed tender will be accepted for the sale of the Ambulance- KL-01-1850 in normal cases. But the undersigned will have the power to cancel the auction and the sealed tender even without any particular reason.

The highest bidder on whose favour the auction is knocked down or sealed tender is accepted should remit 25% of the bid amount on the spot and the balance amount plus admissible Sales Tax (VAT) will be paid within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders.

If the highest bidder fails to follow the above conditions, auction-cum-sealed tenders will be arranged again and 25% of the bid amount and Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited to Government Account from the9th FEB. 2010] FIRE FORCE DEPARTMENT 2 highest bidder. അ·ിരക്ഷാ സേവന വകുപ്പു വക അടൂർ ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ ആംബുലൻസ്-കെ.എൽ-01-1850 (1989 മോഡൽ) ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥിതിയിലും അവസ്ഥയിലും 20-3-2010 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് അടൂർ ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റ്റേഷന്റെ പരിസരത്ത് വച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തോടൊപ്പം മുദ്ര പതിച്ച ടെ≠റുകളും ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. മുദ്ര പതിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ 19-3-2010-ന് പകൽ 12 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽവഴിയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. 12 മണിക്കുശേഷം തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പു വക ആംബുലൻസ്-കെ.എൽ-01-1850 വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ടെ≠റുകൾ ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ, ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ്, സതേൺ ഡിവിഷൻ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രസ് പി. ഒ., ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് ജംഗ്ഷൻ, ചെങ്കൽചൂള, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പരസ്യ ലേലത്തിനു ശേഷം നേരത്തെ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ച തുകയോ ടെ≠റിൽ ലഭിച്ച തുകയോ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ലേലം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ നൽകി യവർക്കും ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ടെ≠ർ നൽകിയിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർബന്ധമില്ല.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനുമുമ്പായി 1,000 രൂപ (ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി 1,000 രൂപയുടെ ക്രോസ് ചെയ്യാത്ത ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂർ, വെള്ളയമ്പലം ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറ്റത്തക്കവിധം ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ, ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ്, ദക്ഷിണ മേഖല, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർ ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരന് അവകാശം ഇല്ലാത്തതു മാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിമുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണി വരെ അടൂർ ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്ന താണ്. എന്നാൽ, കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗിക മായോ പൂർണ്ണമായോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും.

A 1986 Model Water Tender, KCT 7665 attached to Fire and Rescue Station, Kollam will be sold in auction on 6-4-2010 at 11 a. m. at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station, Kollam by the Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services, Southern Division, Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:

Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest money of Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two thousand only) before the commencement of the auction. The earnest money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others will be refunded on the spot.

12 മണിക്കുശേഷം തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് 'ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പുവക ആംബുലൻസ്, കെ.എൽ. 01 7907 വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ' എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ടെ≠റുകൾ ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ, ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ്, സതേൺ ഡിവിഷൻ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രസ് പി. ഒ., ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് ജംഗ്ഷൻ, ചെങ്കൽചൂള, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പരസ്യ ലേലത്തിനു ശേഷം നേരത്തെ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ച തുകയോ ടെ≠റിൽ ലഭിച്ച തുകയോ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ലേലം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ നൽകിയവർക്കും ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ടെ≠ർ നൽകിയിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർബന്ധമില്ല.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരന് അവകാശം ഇല്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ സ ്വ ീ ക ര ി ക്ക ു ന്ന ത ല്ല . േ ല ല ം / െ ട ≠ ർ ന ൽ ക ു വ ാ ൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിമുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ഈരാറ്റുപേട്ട ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗികമായോ പൂർണ്ണമായോ നിർത്തി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും.

A 1983 Model Water Tender, KEV 6712 attached to Fire and Rescue Station, Vizhinjam will be sold in auction on 13-4-2010 at 11 a. m. at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station, Vizhinjam by the Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services, Southern Division, Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:

Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale. Sealed tenders should be accompanied with Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) drawn in favour of Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services, Southern Division, Thiruvananthapuram-1 payable at State Bank of Travancore, Vellayambalam Branch, Thiruvananthapuram and the same will be accepted upto 12 noon on 12-4-2010. The top of the cover containing the sealed tenders should be superscribed as "Sealed tender for the purchase of Water Tender, KEV 6712". Those who have submitted sealed tenders can also participate in the auction sale. But it is not compulsory to participate in the auction sale for those who have already submitted sealed tender.

The sealed tenders will be opened after the public auction and the highest bid amount of the auction sealed tender will be accepted for the sale of the Water Tender, KEV 6712 in normal cases. But the undersigned will have the power to cancel the auction and the sealed tender even without any particular reason.

Those who wish to participate in the auction sale or to submit sealed tenders can inspect the vehicle at Fire and Rescue Station, Vizhinjam during office hours on any working days with the permission of the Station Officer, Fire and Rescue Station, Vizhinjam.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനുമുമ്പായി 1,000 രൂപ (ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി 1,000 രൂപയുടെ ക്രോസ് ചെയ്യാത്ത ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂർ, വെള്ളയമ്പലം ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറ്റത്തക്കവിധം ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ, ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ്, ദക്ഷിണ മേഖല, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ടെ≠റിനോ ടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരന് അവകാശം ഇല്ലാത്തതുമാണ്.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണി വരെ വിഴിഞ്ഞം ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്ന താണ്. എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗികമായോ പൂർണ്ണമായോ നിർത്തി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും.
