The tender for Pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered ' A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works/ Irrigation Department who have successfully completed atleast one similar work costing more than 40% (Forty percentage ) of the Estimate P. A. C. ofwork during the last five years . The application for teader schedule should be supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as below by Registered Post /Speed Post . സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും ) , ഭക്തിണ മേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഈ 40 % -চিট സമാനമായ കുറയാ തുകയ്ക്കുള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി (മറ പണി ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷ ത്തിനകം ചെയ്തുതീർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ 'എ ' മാസ് കരാറുകാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽനിന്നും മുൻ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെടുത്ത നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുളള ഒർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ രജിസ്റേർഡ് പോസ്റ് മുഖാന്തിരം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . A Certificate to the ellect that they have satisfactorily completed a Government work of similar nature (Buildings) costing 10 % of the Estimate PAC during last five financial years . The enderdocuments willbe issued only on production of this Certificate . The details of essential documents required will be supplied with the tender documents . Necessary documentary evidence should be submitted with the tender . Otherwise it will be rejected . Those who are proposed to complete the work timely under the existing circumstances fincluding financial) only need to submit the tenders .
All the tenderer should attend the Pre-bid meeting convened prior to the last day of receipt of the tender,
Abig Sealed Cover containing ( 1 ) the filled up and signed Pre-qualification bids (4 copies) along with all the required pro forma , questionnaires and certificate in one cover . (2 ) Earnest Money Deposit and Preliminary Agreement in one cover and (3) tender documents in which the rate is quoted in another sealed cover and also super- cribing the name of the work sent only by Registered Post should reach the office of the undersigned before 4 p.m. on the last date fixed for receipt of Pre-qualification bids and tenders . The department will not responsible for any delay or loss in delivery by post .
The Pre- qualification bids only will be opened (on the same day the last date fixed for receipt of Pre-qualification bids /tender documents ) at the time notified and will be submitted to the Chief Engineer'sCommittee for scrutiny and finalisation ofPre- qualification . The cover containing tender schedule of Pre- qualified tenders only will be opened after the finalisation of Pre-qualification bids by the Chief Engineer's Committee.
The date and time of opening of the tender will be intimated to the Pre - qualified Contractors/ Firms concerned in time . The tenders of those who have not become qualified will not be considered on any account . The Pre -qualification bids of the contractors/ firms without the required EMD of Rs . 50,000 duly pledged in the name of undersigned and the Preliminary Agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will be summarily rejected.
While executing the Agreement for the work by selected tenderer, Security Deposit and 10 % of the contract amount in the Form of Bank Guarantee should be given.
Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co - operative Societies will be allowed a price preference of 10 % over other tenders .
The conditions in G. O. ( P) 84 /97 / PW & T dated 19-8-1997 and all other conditions prevailing in PWD regarding the Pre - qualification bids and tender documents will remain unchanged and are equally applicable to the above works also . The under signed reserves the right to reject all or any of the tenders of Pre - qualification bids without assigning any reason .
