Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the Iron Cash to Chest to I. T. 1. , Madayi,
Item Iron Cash Chest Size 75x55x55 cm . Stand size 61x61x21 cm. Double body construction . Outside body with 5 mm MS Plate , and inside body with 2 mm CR Sheet . Shelf drawers and secret box should be made out of 2 mm thick GR Sheet . Frame work with 35 × 35 × 6mm MS Angles .
Cost of tender forms :
Original-Rs . 300 + 12.5 % Tax . Duplicate-Rs . 150 + 12.5 % Tax .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 17-2-2010, 3 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 19-2-2010 , 3 p . m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 20-2-2010 , 11 a , m .
Kannur The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by cash or Money Order . Sealed tenders should be superscribed with tender number and date and addressed to "The Principal, I. T. I. Madayi , P. O. Payangadi (RS)-670 358, District , Kerala State" . Late tenders will not be accepted . One per cent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Tender in original should be accompanied with preliminary agrcement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of opening of tenders , otherwise tenders will be rejected. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees Seventyfive only) separately be money order . Tonder forms are not transferable .
