Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by Money Order or cash remittance to this office . As per conditions the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and EMD 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement , tender form and EMD will be rejected .
