Original— Rs. 15,000 for Sl. No. 1, Rs. 4,000 for Sl. No. 2, Rs. 1,500 for Sl. No. 3, Rs. 300 for Sl. Nos. 4, 5, 6 and Rs. 1,000 for Sl. No. 7.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of following items of Waste Paper, Gunny, Aluminium Plates etc. for the year 2010-2011 (1-4-2010 to 31-3-2011) in prescribed tender forms for each item which can be obtained from our office upto 12.30 p.m. on 17-3-2010. Those who have a valid Sales Tax Registration need only participate.
Duplicate— Rs. 7,500 for Sl. No. 1, Rs. 2,000 for Sl. No. 2, Rs. 800 for Sl. No. 3, Rs. 150 for Sl. Nos. 4, 5, 6 and Rs. 500 for Sl. No. 7.

Details are given in the tender form for the respective items. Tenders should be submitted separately for each item through post. Late tenders will not be accepted. Applications for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance as above which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued on payment of cost indicated above per copy. Those who require tender forms by post should send an additional amount of Rs. 50 per form towards postage. The tender forms are not transferable.
The rate should be quoted per kg. for each items exclusive of taxes in both figures and words. Tender should be accompanied by EMD noted against each item in the form of Demand Draft. The tender without EMD will be rejected. Request for adjusting EMD from any other amount in credit will not be entertained. Tender should be accompanied by copy of valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate of the tenderer. The materials can be inspected on any working day upto 12.30 p.m. on 17-3-2010 with permission. The contract will be for the accumulation for a period of one year from 1-4-2010 to 31-3-2011. Tenders received through post/courier alone only will be accepted. Tender should contain full and correct postal address of the tenderer with Telephone Number, Mobile Number and E- mail ID if any.
If the tender is confirmed in the name of successful tenderer, an amount of five times that of the EMD shall be furnished as Security Deposit along with an agreement within 7 days on receipt of our acceptance of the tender.
