ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് "2010-2011-ലെ ചണ ചാക്കുകൾ/ πാസ്റ്റിക്ക് ചാക്കുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ കരാറിനായുള്ള ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 146/2009-10" എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം 5,000 രൂപയുടെ
നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50,000 രൂപയുടെ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും,
ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകാരൻ വസിക്കുന്ന
താലൂക്കിലെ തഹശീൽദാർ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളതും ഈ പരസ്യം
പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതിനുശേഷം നൽകപ്പെട്ടതുമായിരിക്കണം
സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്. സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും
പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവുമില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ
നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്റ്റേഷനറി

സമയം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
കരാർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാൻ താത്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ്
ഫോറത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, പി.എം.ജി.
ജംഗ്ഷൻ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ
നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില പണമായോ
മണിയോർഡറായോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. ചെക്ക്,
ഡി.ഡി., പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ
വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില
ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ്
ഫോറങ്ങളും കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ
ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
