The tenders will be opened on the last date of receipt at 4.30 p . m. in the presence of available tenderers .
be The tender documents will be issued only to the registered contractors of PWD and are not transferable. The electrical work of the above building shall be done simultaneously with approved licencies of electrical inspectorate/Registered Electrical contractors in PWD/Electricians in PW D. If the last date of receipt of the tender is to declared as holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed . Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paperworth Rs . 50. Tendersenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted. All the rules in PWD regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also . Department is not responsible for any postal delay in receiving tenders .
