RE - TENDER NOTICE

Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of Weed Cutter to Government College , Madappally.
Estimate Cost- Rs . 32,000 ,
Details of Items-Weed cutter 2.3 HP , 6.2 Kg . with safety articles , 3 teeth blade , Tap & go .
Tenders should be superscribed "Weed Cutter under Plan Scheme (NAAC ) 2009-10 " and addressed Kozhikode to the Principal, Government College , Madappally , Madappally College P.O. , Pin -673 102, Ko District". Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 16-2-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Government College of Madappally , Madappally College P.O., Pin-673 102 , Kozhikode District to obtain requisite the tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 338 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m. on 15-2-2010 . Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted . towards the cost of tender forins , nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued @ Rs . 169 per copy . Last date and time of receipt of tender is 15-2-2010 , 5 p.m.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should also remit 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered for . The EMD can be paid by way ofFDR/ DD drawn in favour of the Principal and payable at SBT , Vatakara .
2. The articles should be supplied to the College at the expense of the supplier .
3. A preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be submitted along with the tender.
4. The Principal reserves the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason .
മടപ്പളളി SP . കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2009-10 വർഷത്തിലെ പ്ലാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ( NAAC) വീഡ് കട്ടർ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
അട‌ങ്കൽ തുക 32,000 രൂപ.
ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത‌ത കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ "പ്പാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ( NAAC വീഡ് കട്ടറും സേഫ്ററി ആർട്ടിക്കിൾസും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസം ' എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മടപ്പളളി , പി.ഒ. മടപ്പളളി കോളേജ് , വടകര , -673102 കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 16-2-2010 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി‌ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 15-2-2010- ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് .
338 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ അടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് . ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . 6ർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , مهمةبه പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , പോസ്റേറജ് സ്‌ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വി . പി . പി . ആയി ലഭിക്കുന്നല്ല . 169 രൂപ അടച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിബന്‌ധനകൾ
1. സംസ്ഥാന പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകാർ അവർ ക്വാട്ട ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന് നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം അട‌ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്ഥ‌ിര നിക്ഷേപ രസീത്/ ഡിമാൻറ്് ഡാഫറെ" എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . (ഡ്രാഫ്റ" എസ്.ബി.റ്റി . , വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന തായിരിക്കണം .
2. സാമഗ്രികൾ കോളേജിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ( " ഥാപിക്കേണ്ട )താണ് . എന്നിവ വിതരണക്കാർ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കയററിറക്ക് /കടത്തുകൂലി 3. 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഹോറത്തിൽ കാണിച്ചപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റ് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
4. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസ് നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . നിരസിക്കാനുള അധികാരം (പിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ Government College, Madappally .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments to Government Brennen College , Dharmadam, Thalassery under the Plan Scheme for a total amount of Rs . 2,59,000 (Rupees Two lakhs and fifty nine thousand only) .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam , Thalassery-6 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs . 450 (Rs . 400+50 Tax) . Application form shouldbe accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 at the Office or by Money Order which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an E.M.D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered for . This is subject to a minimum ofRs . 30 (Rupees Thirty only ) . Tender form if required by post an additional amount of Rs . 40 should be sent .

Sale of tender form will be closed on 22-2-2010 at 2 p. m. The last date for the receipt of tender is 23-2-2010 at 2. p - m . Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 23-2-2010 at 3 p . m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 is to be submitted along with the tender . Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside thethe State in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order, an additional amount of Rs . 70. Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs . , 225 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form .
The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason there of.
തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിൽ ബോട്ടണി ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെൻറിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുവേച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു
കൊളളുന്നു . ഇതിനായി 2,59,000G രൂപ ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി അമ്പത്തി ഒമ്പതിനായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) അനുവദി ച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .
കവറിൻറ പുറത്ത് ലാബിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനു "ബോട്ടണി വേണ്ടിയുള്ള (പ്ലാൻ സ്കീം) എന്നെഴുതി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്ര 2009-10 ബ്രണ്ണൻ അയ‌യ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . 2 മണി വ കോളേജ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം 22-2-2010 , ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും കോളേജ് , ധർമ്മടം , തലശ്ശേരി -6 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന 23-2-2010, 2 ๑๓๓. ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 23-2-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകി യിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ 450 രൂപ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ തപാൽ ചെലവ് കൂടി 40 രൂപ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചുനൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് اللهالله, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക ഇ . എം . ഡി . അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഈത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 30 രൂപയും ആയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ്റെകൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേണ്ടി അധികമായി 70 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 225 രൂപ കൂടുതലായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക
ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുളള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും
