No. D2-107/ 2010 .

Tenders sealed with sealing wax , are invited for the supply of equipments for Electrical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College , Thrissur . ment
Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D2-200/ 2009-10 for the supply of equipments for Electrical Engineering Department and addressed to PriPrincipal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 8-3-2010 , 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 9-3-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal , Goverament Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 338 the price fixed for the requisite tender form. Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 169 per copy . Tender forms are not transfers- able. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 8-3-2010 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by Money Order Rs . 338 + Postal Charge. No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts willbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments willbe given. Tenders without EMD will not be accepted .

Due to Sufficient tenders are not received date of opening and receipt of sealed tendes invited for the supply of furniture of items viz ( 1 ) five seater Dias table - Teak wood , Frame- Particle board top 300 × 45 × 75 cm . (2) Thice seater Anjili wood table with three stands drawers on table 180 ×45 ×75 cm. for the use of digital classroom attached to the Government College of Engineering , Kannur is extended as follows :
Cost of tender form-Rs . 800+ 12.5 % VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 20-2-2010 , 3 p . m .
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 20-2-2010, 4 p . m .
Date and time of opening tender-22-2-2010 , 11 a . m .
N.B.:-Tender form can be obtained by remitting the cost of tender form in cash or by money order . Those who want the tender form by post shall send an additional amount of Rs . 27 towards the postal charges .
കുറിപ്പ് :-പുനർ ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിലും പത്രങ്ങളിലും പ്രസിദ്‌ധപ്പെടുത്തിയതിന ശേഷം മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം പ്പെടുത്തിയതിന് ലഭിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം നേരിട്ട് പണമടച്ചോ മണിഓർഡർ വഴിയോ കൈപ്പറ്റാവുന്നതാണ് .
