Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supplysupply of MS Flat , MS Square . MS Rod etc. for various trades of I.T.I. , Chengannur .

Original Rs . 1,200+ 12.5 % ST .
Duplicate Rs . 600 + 12.5 % ST .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 9-2-2010 , 3 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tender form -9-2-2010 , 3.30 p.m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 10-2-2010 , 4 p.m.
CONDITIONS
Only cash or money order will be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The sealed tender should be superscribed with Tender No. , date and addressed to the Principal , Industrial Training Institute , Chengannur , Angadical (S) P.O. , Alappuzha. 1% (one percentage) of the total cost quoted shouldbe enclosed as EMD . Tender in original shooldbe accom- panied with catalogue and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala , if they required by remitting Rs . 74 ( Rupees seventy four only ) by money order . For more details contact Office .

ദർഘാസിൻെറ വില പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുതരേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഐ.ടി. ഐ . ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ , അങ്ങാടിക്കൽ (എസ്) പി.ഒ. , ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ , ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ല എന്ന അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു വിലാസത്തിൽ - ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം കാററലോഗും. ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അൻപത്രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കോളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള ന്തുളള കമ്പനികൾ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 74 രൂപ ( എഴുപത്തിനാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് .
