The tender for Pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited by the undersigned from financially sound and well experienced Registeredered 'A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works Department / Irrigation who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40 % ( Forty percentage) of the estimate P. A. C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before date and time prescribed for the work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post . The application for tender schedule should be supported by Certificate of prior experience in the work as mentioned above obtained from the agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Electrical works should be got carried out only through the PWD licensed Electrical Contractor . The Eletrical work will be supervised , measured, check measured and will passed by the Electrical Wing of the P. W. D. Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as mentioned below by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier .

Tender forms tenderer shali be issued only to those (individual /firm) who produce certificate to this effect issued by the concerned Executive Engineer .
4. No tender on joint venture is acceptable .
5. The tenderer shall enclose a programme chart of work along with the tender.
6. Receipt of sale of tender form must be attached along with the tender .
7. The rates quoted by the tenderer will be final and there would be no post - tender negotiations regarding the quoted rates .

2. ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ (വ്യക്തി /സ്‌ഥാപനം ) പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക ആവശ്യമായ യന്ത്രസാമഗ്രികൾ സംഘടിപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

പൊതുമരാമ HO വകുപ്പിലെ മറൊല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാ സിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
