SPECIFICATIONS

Sealed quotations are invited for the binding and rebinding of books/periodicals/reports/Gazettes in the High Court Library, as per the specifications given below for a period of one year.

1. Rates for books & periodicals to be bound in half leather & calico with the name, year, edition etc. printed in golden letter-open binding sewn.

1. The lowest satisfactory quotation will ordinarily be accepted, but the Registrar General reserves to himself the right to reject all or any of the quotation, without assigning any reason thereof.

2. Rates for Gazettes to be bound in half leather & calico with the name, year etc. printed in ink-open binding sewn.

3. Rates for Gazettes to be bound in cloth & calico with the name, year etc. printed in ink-open binding sewn. 3. The successful quotationer will report before the High Court on all saturdays except second saturdays unless ordered otherwise. By order, D. SREEVALLABHAN, Kochi. Registrar General. Gaz. The successful quotationer will have to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000 as security, immediately on acceptance of the quotation and also to execute an agreement. ↩

Sealed tenders are invited for the Installation of Steam Cooking facility for cooking food for 1000 Prisoners at Central Prisons at Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, Viyyur and Open Prisons at Nettukaltheri (Thiruvananthapuram) and Cheemeni (Kasaragod).

The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of Tender and addressed to the Addl. Director General of Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram-12. The PAC of the tender will be Rs. 62,50,000 (Rupees Sixty two lakhs and fifty thousand only). Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be 3 p. m. on 2-3-2010 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives, who may be present at that time.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % E. M. D. സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 2-3-2010-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 2-3-2010-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 1-3-2010-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്/പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
