The tender for Pre -qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered ' A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works / Irrigation Department who have successfully completed atleast one similar work costing more than 40% (Forty percentage) of the estimate P.A.C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should be supported by Certificate ofprior experience inwork as mentioned below obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition. Necessary Certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post. The receipt in Form T. R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along with the tender documents . Tender by Courier Service will not be accepted ,

സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ " ( നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും ) , ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുറം ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുളള സാമാനമായ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പനി ( ഓറപ്പണി ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനകം ചെയ്തുതീർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ 'എ' ക്ലാസ് കരാറുകാർ /സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങസ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ രജിസ‌്റോർഡ് തപാൽ/സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് മുഖാന്തിരം ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫോറം ടി . ആർ . 5 പ്രകാരമുളള രസീത് ടെണ്ടറി നോടൊപ്പം ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്' . പ്രസ്തുത പണിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്തതും സമാന സ്വഭാവ മുളളത്യമായ പണികൾക്ക എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കാറ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗ സൗഥൻറെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ പറയുന്ന (പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 25,000 രൂപ + 12.5 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധ‌ിത നികുതിയും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്ധിച്ച എഗ്രിമെന്റ് അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൂട ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ ചെയ്യുകയുളളു. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിശ്ചയിക്ക പ്പെട്ട തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനും മുൻപയി പോസ്ററിലോ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററിലോ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൊ റിയ റി ൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് വിതരണം
