Sealed tendera are invited for the supply of 12 Volt 40 AH Tubular UPS Batteries with 5 year replacement warranty & good quality to the Department of Physics , Maharaja's College , Ernakulam under CDC Fund .
"Tender on The tenders should be superscribed as No. B3 -CDC -4615 / 2009 supply of UPS Batteries to Physics Department under CDC fund " and addressed to the Principal , Maharaja's College , Ernakulam, The tenders will be opened at 3.30. p.m. 27-2-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Late tenders will not be: accepted, Estimate Cost is Rs . 50,000 . ( Rupees Fifty thousand only) .
Intendingtenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College , Ernakulam , Kochi - 11 obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p.m, on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender
cash form should be accompanied by a remittance of Rs . 169 (Rs.150 +19 VAT) which is the price fixed for the tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender form by post, have to send Rs . 205 (Rs . 169 +36 post) by Money Order . In the case of bidder outside Kerala , Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 for executing agreement will be sent on their request along with an additional payment of Rs . 50. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 27-2-2010, Cheques, Postal Orders, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 113 (Rs . 100+13 VAT) per copyper copy. The rates quoted will be valid upto 31-5-2010 .31-5-2010 . 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered should be deposited towards E.M.D. by D. D. drawn in favour of the undersigned.

4615/2009 ബാാററികൾ ദർഘാസുകൾ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ ബി3 -സിഡിസി- വകുപ്പിൽ യു . പി . എസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിന് മുകളിൽ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം വിലാസത്തിൽ എന്ന അയ‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ 2010 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 27-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിവരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും , അന്ന ദിവസം 3 മണി വരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന തുമാണ് . വൈകികിട്ടുന്നതും മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മൊത്തം 50,000 (അൻപതിനായിരം ) രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി വകകൊളളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് .
Ω . 169 ( 150+19 VAT) രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ 205205 16936205 (169+ 36 post) കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം എന്ന രൂപ മഹാരാജാ സം വിലാസത്തിൽ സഥാപനങ്ങ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന പുറത്തുള്ള എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുളള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിനുള്ള 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽ മാർഗ്‌ഗം അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 113 ( 100 + 13 VAT ) രൂപയും തപാലിൽ บา ๕๓๓ 149 (113+ 36 post) ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന* രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
