SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. $ 1 / 787 /2010/AVC ..
30th January 2010 .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Solar water heater (200 litre)-1 No.to the Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10 .
The Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Solar water heater " addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram . last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3p . m . on 25-2-2010 . The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. 25-2-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that timе . on
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for aform and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at I p.m. on an 25-2-2010 . Cheque, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sent additional amount of Rs . 50by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy .
വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ 3.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമറേറം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 25-2-2010 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഹോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിലനിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 വരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മറേറം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാ ത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . (ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 225 രൂപ ) .
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2010. The Principal , Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/ cancel the tender .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെയും കുട്ടികളുടെയും വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2009-10 വർഷങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ സോളാർ വാട്ടർ ഹീററർ ( 200 ലിററർ ) -1 എണ്ണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരത ദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ സംസ്‌ഥാന ത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ണ്ടറും " കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിൽ 2009-10 വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
പ്രത്യേകം 67000 ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 2-3-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 3,30-m ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമ 00. ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന ദർഘാസ് 22-3-2010 1 ๑๓๑ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാരി മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾനിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ ๑๓ ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 വരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസിൻറെ വില 563 രൂപയാണ്. ( ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 338 രൂപ ) .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( മരുശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ(പിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽപേരിൽ എടുത്തഎടുത്ത ഫേ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്‌ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാററിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .
