Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of White Bread for the period , 2010-2011 to Medical College Chest Hospital , Mulamkunnathukavu under the notice No. 84-592/2010-2011 .
Cost of tender-Rs . 6,00,000 (Rupees Six Lakh only) .
Earnest money deposit- 1 % of the total amount , Cost of tender form-( Including VAT) Original Rs . 1,200 + 12.5 %
Duplicate Rs. 600 + 12.5 %
Date from which commencement of sale of tender form - 22-2-2010 .
Last date and time for issuing tender form-- 3-3-2010 , 4 p.m.
Last date and time for receiving tender form- 13-3-2010 , 12 , Noon .
Date and time on which tenders will be opened- 13-3-2010 at 2 p . m .
The cost of tender form along with the tax has to be remitted separately in this Office and the receipt will be produced in the office . Technical bid and price bid was to be submitted separately and if obtuse will be rejected . An agreement in stamp paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is to be executed before the supply. The Superintendent, Medical College Mulamkunnathukavu holds the reject tender. അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 6 ലക്ഷം, നിരതദ്രവ്യം ആകെ തുകയുടെ 1 % . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
അസ്സൽ രൂപ 1,200 + 12.5 % വാറ് .
ഡ്യൂറപ്പിക്കോറം-രൂപ 600+ 12.5 % പ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽപ്പന തുടങ്ങുന്ന തീയതി me 22-2-2010.
ദർഘാസ് തീയതിയും സമയവും 3-3-2010 , 4 മണി . വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്ന ആഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും --13-3-2010,12 , ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും . 13-3-2010, 2 ,
സാങ്കേതിക സംക്ഷിപ്തവും വില നിലവാരവും വേറെ വേറെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും അല്ലാത്തവ നിരാകരി ക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . വിതരണം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് 50 രൂപ മാത്രംാത്രം വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുളള അധികാരം ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്രണ്ടിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
