Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or authorised suppliers for the supply of LCD Projectors for Various Departments of Medical College, Kozhikode .
The total approximate cost-ks , 1,50,000 Cost of duplicate tender form-Rs . 225 Date upto which rates are to be firm- 81-3-2010 .
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode directly on payment of Rs . 450 on or before 5-3-2010 11 a.m. or by Registered Post on or beforeс 25-2-2010 producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College , Calicut for Rs . 485 .
on Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. S2/489/2010 / MCC and addressed to the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode . Tenders should be submitted or before 5-3-2010 , 11 a . m . 5-3-2010 Belated tenders will not be accepted . Each tender should be submitted along with an agree- ment signed and executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and E. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for . The tenders will be opened on 5-3-2010 at 11.30 a . m . in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.
Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees only against payment . The tenders which do not satisfy the conditions , without the agreement and with insufficient Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected without any notice.
