കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ആലപ്പുഴ കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധന സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി അംഗീകൃത നിർമ്മാതാക്കളിൽ നിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ പേര് എഴുതിയിരി ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 5-3-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള വിതരണക്കാരുടെയോ അവർ രേഖമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധിദിവസം ആയിരുന്നാൽ അടുത്ത ദിവസം മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും സമയത്തും തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആലപ്പുഴ കളർകോടുളള കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 5-3-2010-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊ≠് അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും നി›ിത വിൽപ്പന നികുതി അടക്കം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠ തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ അധിക പകർപ്പിന് വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം പ്രത്യേക വില അടക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പത്രികയുടെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കികൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല. അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി) എന്ന പേരിലടച്ച് നിശ്ചിത തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്തതും താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മതപത്രം ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പമുള്ള നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട മാതൃകയിൽ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതോടൊപ്പം പോളിത്തീൻ ഇനങ്ങളുടെ മാതൃക അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

2. അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട കരാറുകാരൻ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഉൾപ്പെടെ 5 ശതമാനം തുക സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്.

3. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ഓഫീസ് അവധി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്ത് ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

4. ടെ≠ർ അംഗീകരിച്ച് 10 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠ താണ്.

5. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ അളവിൽ മാറ്റമു≠ാകുന്നതാണ്. രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്ക് 2010 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ ബാധകമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

6. സർക്കാർ ടെ≠റുകൾക്കുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Equipments for the use of District Veterinary Centre for the year 2009-10. Details of articles to be supplied can be had from the tender form and from the Department Website www.ahdkerala.gov.in. Tenders should reach the office of the undersigned on or before the date and time specified below.

Price of tender form :

Original—Rs. 1,500 + 12.5% VAT = Rs. 1,688.

Duplicate—Rs. 750 + 12.5% VAT = Rs. 844.

Last date and time of sale of tender forms—

Due date and time of receipt of tender forms—

Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender forms nor the form be sent by V. P. P. Tenderers should submit a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 along with the tender. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 4/2009-10 for the supply of laboratory equipments to District Veterinary Centre, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10".

The tenders should include the following details:

(1) Specification of the item with rate (inclusive of taxes or any other charges) and the list of institutions where it has been supplied and installed.

(2) Letter from original Manufacturer (in case of agents) regarding assurance about supply of spare parts, AMC, (period of visits in a year), Warranty Conditions, years of warranty etc.

(3) Copy of ISO certifications, if any.

(4) Original tender form duly signed by authorised signatory.

(5) Preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50.

(6) EMD (1% of total cost) of items quoted by means of Demand Draft in favour of the Chief Veterinary Officer, District Veterinary Centre,Thiruvananthapuram Payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of "Chemicals" to Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach this office on or before 12 Noon on 3-3-2010.

Approximate Price—Rs. 2,80,000.

Cost of tender forms —Rs. 760 + VAT @ 12.5%.

Date and time of opening of tender—3-3-2010, 3. p. m.

The tenders should be superscribed with Tender number and details of the items and addressed to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the time mentioned above, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives (with proof of identity) who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram obtain requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. The rate is to be quoted in Indian Money. No advance payment can be made for procuring any of the above items.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance, price fixed for a form which is not refundable. The sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p.m. on 2-3-2010. Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent by VPP. However money orders sent in the name of the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram will be accepted. The amount should include the Postage/Courier charges for sending tender documents. The money order along with the request should reach Forensic Science Laboratory at least 7 days before the closing of the sale of the tender documents enabling as to sent the documents well in advance.

Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the quoted value should be furnished in favour of Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram. The firms which are exempted from furnishing Earnest Money Deposit should produce a copy of relevant authorized documents for verification.

Specifications and list of the items of tender shall be obtainable from Forensic Science Laboratory with the tender forms. The firms should also furnish the detailed specifications, make, brochures, technical support network in Kerala, etc. of the items along with tenders. The tenders without any detailed specifications of quoted items, brochures, make etc. will be rejected forthwith. The tenders without separate envelope and not superscribing the tender number etc. will be rejected.

The tenders should also mention the details regarding warranty along with the tender documents. Preference will be given to the products quoted by the manufacturer or their authorized dealers having authorization from the original manufacturer. Similarly preferences will be given to the tenders having experience of supplying similar/same items to Government Department, Organizations or Scientific Institutions.
