30th January 2010 The tender for Pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered 'A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works / Irrigation Department who have successfully completed atleast one similar work costing more than 40 % ( Forty percentage ) of the Estimate P. A. C. ofwork during the last five years . The application for teader schedule should be supportedby certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned below obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to thosewho satisfy this condition . Necessary certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned oa or before the date and time prescribed for the work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post. The receipt in Form T.R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along with the tender documents .

സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും ) , ഭക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുളള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി ( ഭാരപണി കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷ ത്തിനകം ചെയ്തതു തീർത്തിട്ടുളളവരുമായ 'എ' ക്ലാസ് കരാറുകാർ /സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽനിന്നും മുൻ യോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ രജിസ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ /സ്പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് മുഖാന്തിരം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫോറം ടി . ആർ . 5 പ്രകാരമുളള രസീത് ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ഉൾക്കൊളളി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത പണിയുടെ 40 % -03 കുറയാത്തതും സമാനസ്വഭാവമുള്ളതുമായ പണികൾക്ക് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനിയറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

The Technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same day . If it falls as a holiday , the next working day will be takeninto account . The Contractor having 'A' Class Registration in PWD/ Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40% of the enimate cost of above work within 5 years . The documents in proof of this shall be produced along with the application for tender documents . The E.M.D. and Preliminary Agreement and T. R. 5 (in Original ) should be furnished along with Pre-qualification tender. All other conditions prevailinggin P. W. D. regarding pre- qualification hids and tenders are laid down in G.O. (P) No.81/97/ PW & T dated 19-8-1997 willbe applicable to this tender also , Concession which are allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co- operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable to this tender also .
