Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non - refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by Money Order or cash remittance to this office . As per conditions the tenderer should send along with this tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and EMD 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement , tender form and EMD will be rejected.

are Tenders , sealed with sealing wax, invited for the supply of equipments of Electrical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .
Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1 /203 /2009-10 for the supply of equipments for Electrical Engineering Department and addressed to Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 5-3-2010, 2 p . m . The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 6-3-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal, Government Engincering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 788 the price fixed for the requisite tender form. Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 394 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender form will be closed at 12 Noon on 5-3-2010 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in Cash or by Money Order Rs . 788+ Postal charges . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by VPP .
The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments will be given . Tenders without EMD will not be accented .

Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala . Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments to PLC and Micro Controller Lab in Electronics Department of IPT & GPTC, Shoranur .
Approximate Cost Rs . 48,500 .
Tenders should be addressed to the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the Tender No. 2/ 2009-10 and tender name , Supply of equipments to PLC and Micro Controller Lab in Electronics Department duly superscribed the cover . on Tender forms in the prescribed form can be obtained from the Office of the Principal , IPT & GPTC, Shoranur either in person on cash remittance ofRs . 150+VAT Rs . 19 or by post through Money Order postage charge for Rs.40 need also be furnished in addition to the cost of tender form if the same is to be send by post . Duplicate copies of tender forms are also available on payment of Rs . 100 + VAT Rs . 13. The cost of tender forms once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances . Tender forms arc not transferable too .
The last date and time for the sale of tender form is upto 11 a . m. on 3-3-2010 and the last date of receipt of tender forms is upto 3 p . m. on 3-3-2010. Received tenders will be opened at 11 a. m . on 4-3-2010 at the Office of the undersigned in presence of the tenderers or their authorised nominees who are present at that time . നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലുള ദർഘാസുകൾ ഫോറ ത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 150 രൂപ + വിൽപ്പന നികുതി 19 രൂപ ആഫീസിലടച്ച് നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമോ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമെ , തപാൽ നിരക്കായി 40 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ ഫോറത്തിൻറ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് പകർപ്പുകൾ 100 രൂപ + വിൽപ്പന നികുതി 13 രൂപ അടച്ചാൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ' ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ ാടുളളതല്ല .
ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാ ദർഘാസുകൾ B 3-3-2010 -m രാവിലെ 11 വുന്നതും വാങ്ങിയ ദർഘാസുകൾ 3-3-2010-m ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനുമുളളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 4-3-2010-0 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച വരുടെയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വരുടെയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
നിശ്ചിത തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനുമുളളി ലല്ലാതെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകളും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറ ത്തിലല്ലാത്തതുമായ കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകളും യാതൊരു കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്ന
