പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാ സുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറെ രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അനഅന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൊറിയർ താണ് . മർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട മുഖേനയുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
