SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. 1093/D1/2009/Sty. 29th January 2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of valued of S.S.L.C. answer papers from all Government Deputy Directorate Offices and Educational Institutions coming under Directorate of Public Instruction Department in Kerala during 2010-11.

Tender No.—154/2009-10.

Amount of Solvency—Rs. 3,00,000

EMD—Rs. 20,000

Cost of tender form—

Original—Rs. 3,000 + VAT @ 12.5%

Duplicate—Rs. 1,500 + VAT @ 12.5%

Last date and time of fixed for receiving of tenders—

15-3-2010, 11 a.m.

Last date and time of fixed for opening of tenders—

15-3-2010, 3 p. m.

Intending tenderers on application to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted. Cost of tender forms will be accepted either in cash (remittance in the office) or by money order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33 (name of the officer should not be mentioned). The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances. The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/money order coupon. The last date and time fixed for receipt of tender is 11 a. m. on the date fixed for opening of tender. If date of opening of tender happens to be holiday it will be opened at the same time on the next working day. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed 24 hours before the time fixed for opening of the tenders. Cheques, Postage Stamps and Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at the price fixed for the purpose.

Every tenderer shall send along with his tender an agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and the Solvency Certificate and EMD for the amount noted above. The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of which shall be after the date of issue of tender notification. EMD will be accepted The envelop containing the tenders shall have the superscription "Tender No. 154/2009-10 for the contract for valued S.S.L.C. answer sheets, 2010-11" and should be addressed to the Controller of Stationery, P.M.G. Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the due date and time noted above in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who my be present at the time of opening of the tenders.

in Cash/Demand Draft/FDR taken in favour of the Controller of Stationery with due endorsement. Tenders without Prelimanary Agreement, Solvency Certificate and EMD will be rejected outrightly. A specimen of the prelimanary agreement deed is appened to the tender forms. Further details, if any, can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് "മൂല്യ നിർണ്ണയം കഴിഞ്ഞ എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾക്കുവേ≠ി യുളള കരാർ 2010-11, ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 154/09-10" എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം- 695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസു കൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ മുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി രിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിലും, സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നി ദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് വേ≠വർക്ക് നി›യിച്ച വിലയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. മുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും, നിരതദ്രവ്യവും കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം ചെയ്ത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ദർഘാസുകാരൻ താമസിക്കുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ തഹസിൽദാർ നൽകിയ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായും, സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ പേർക്ക് എടുത്തിട്ടുളള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായും, സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപ രസീതായും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും, നിരതദ്രവ്യവും, പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഉടമ്പടിയും ഹാജരാക്കി യിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഉടമ്പടിപത്രത്തിന്റെ മാതൃക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് അനുബന്ധമായി ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറിൽ നിന്നും ആഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ നേരിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
