along with its all movable and immovable assets including the immovable properties measuring an area of 24.40 ares comprised in Re-sy. No. 363/5 (Patta No. 15959) as per partition deed of Thannimoottuvila Tharavad, No. 2319/20th Meenam 1110 M. E. Kazhakuttom SRO, the area of Putharamoola Devasthanam comprised in old Sy. No. 1825 is 32 ares (80 Cents) of Ulloor Village shall hereby stand vested unconditionally with the Board and the temple will be categorised as minor temple under Aniyoor Sub Group in Ulloor Group under Travancore Devaswom Board with named Grade-II Puthramoola Sree Mahishasura Mardhini Devi Temple.
Office of the Devaswom Commissioner, (Sd.) Thiruvananthapuram. Devaswom Commissioner. In consequent to the application dated 30-8-2003 submitted by Shri Mannanthala K. Mahadevan Nair, President of "Puthramoola Sree Mahishasura Mardhini Devi Temple Trust" requesting for assumption of management of the temple by the Travancore Devaswom Board and in consequent to the preliminary enquiry report filed by the Deputy Devaswom Commissioner, Thiruvananthapuram and further on the basis of the enquiry conducted by the Deputy Devaswom Commissioner (Inspection) and report filed thereunder and after hearing the parties interested in the subject matter and as the Board is satisfied that the conditions stipulated under Section 37 and Section 38 of the TCHRI Act do exist with respect to the above temple, its movable and immovable properties for take over and assumption of management and as the Board has resolved Under ROC.7598/03/L dated 30-6-2009 to assume management and administration of the above temple and its all movable and immovable assets thereunder. Preliminary notification published in the Kerala Gazette dated 13-10-2009 inviting objection with regard to the assumption of temple. No objection has been received with respect to the Preliminary Notification ROC. 15199/03/L dated 10-8-2009 with in the prescribed time.
Therefore, I, P. V. Nalinakshan Nair, Devaswom Commissioner, Travancore Devaswom Board, do hereby declare that the Administration and Management of Puthramoola Sree Mahishasura Mardhini Devi Temple
