Mr. Justice Kurian Joseph, Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Kerala, who has been appointed as the Chief Justice, Himachal Pradesh High Court as per Government of India Notification No. K-13020/3/2009-US.II dated 2-2-2010 has relinquished charge of the Office of Chief Justice, Kerala High Court on the forenoon of 6th February, 2010.
