Bushra D/ o Kunhirayin , Aminakkattummal House, Omanoor P.O. purchased for Rs . 22,000 (Rupees twenty two thousand only) the immovable property specified below at the sale held by public auction on the 19th day of January 2010 for recovery ofarrears amounting to Rs . 19,000 due from Sri Nizamudeen s/o Mohammed Basheer , Checkode Village, Ernad Taluk , Malappuram District and whereas Revenue Divisional Officer, Perinthalmanna has confirmed the sale in his Order No. B 1868/2010 ( 1 ) dated 11-5-2010 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968 : It is hereby declared under sub- section ( 1) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Smt. Bushra Dio Kunhirayin in the lawful succession to all the rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property.

Whereas Smt . Amina w/ o Moosa Meleppattuthodi Kalloomkara , Gudallur bas purchased for Rs . 1,51,900 ( Rupees One Lakh fiftyone thousand and nine hundred only) the immovable property specified belowat the sale held in public auction on the 18th day of January 2010 for the recovery of maintenance arrears amounting to Rs . 40,800 dues from Sri Anakkayavan Abdul Kareem s / o Abdu of Porur Village , Malappuram District as per CMP 486/07 in MC 167/04 of Family Court, Malappuram and whereas the Revenue Divisional Officer , Perintalmanna has confirmed the sale on his Order No. B 3005/2010 (1 ) dated 15-5-2010 under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act , 1968, it is hereby declare under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Smt . Amina w/o Moosa , Meleppattuthodi , Kalloomkara , Gudallur is the lawful successor to all rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property .
