In exercise of powers conferred by Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court of Kerala hereby :
(i) confers upon Sri K.S. Unnikrishnan (Rtd. Sheristadar), Konnadath House, Vadanappally P. O., Thrissur, all the powers conferred upon a Magistrate of the First Class under the said Code in respect of all cases of persons travelling without a proper pass or Sections 137 to 139, 141 and 142, 144 to 147, 155 to 157, 159,162, 163, 166 and 167 of the Indian Railways Act, 1989 (Central Act 24 of 1989).
(ii) Appoints the said Sri K.S. Unnikrishnan as Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class (Railways), Shornur for a further period of one year w.e.f. 17-6-2010 ; and
(iii) Further confers upon him under Section 261 of the said Code, the powers to try summarily the offences set out earlier.

Deputy Director of Prosecution, Kolatt House, Panthavoor South, Alankode P.O., Malappuram-679 585 all the powers conferred upon a Magistrate of the First Class under the said Code in respect of all cases of persons travelling without a proper pass or ticket over any part of the Southern Railway within the districts of Kasaragod,Thalassery, Kozhikode and that part of the district of Manjeri which lies to the north of and exclusive of Tirur or committing over any part of the said Railway in the above said area any of the offences falling under Sections 137 to 139,141 and 142, 144 to 147, 155 to 157, 159, 162, 163, 166 and 167 of the Indian Railways Act,1989 (Central Act 24 of 1989).
(ii) Appoints the said Sri K. V. Mohamed as Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class (Railways), Kozhikode for a period of one year w.e.f. 20-6-2010 and

കോട്ടയം ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി III-ൽ തീർപ്പുകൽപ്പിച്ച താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന കേസുകളിലെ തൊ≠ി മുതലുകൾ അതിന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് നൽകുവാൻ ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുളളതാണ്. അതിൻപ്രകാരം നോട്ടീസ് പല പ്രാവശ്യം അയച്ചിട്ടും ഹാജരായിട്ടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു. ഈ പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസ ത്തിനുളളിൽ മതിയായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി തൊ≠ി മുതലുകൾ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേ≠ താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം മറ്റൊരു അറിയിപ്പുകൂടാതെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന തൊ≠ി മുതലുകൾ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്ന താണെന്ന വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
