for Whereas Sri Haridas s / o Sakumaran , J.H.Bhavan , Market Road , Attingal has purchased for Rs . 62,09,000 ( Rupees Sixtytwo lakh and nine thousand only ) the immovable property specified below at the sale held in public auction on 30-3-2010 recovery of Sales Tax dues amounting to Rs . 1,19,97,859 due from the legal heirs of Lekshmi Oil Mills Arun Oil Industries in Sarkara- Chirayinkeezhu , Sarkara Village , Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the Revenue Divisional Officer , Thiruvananthapuram. has confirmed sale in his Order No. A- 10202/10 dated 7-7-2010 under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act , 1968 , it is hereby declared under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri . Haridas s/ o Sukumaran , J.H. Bhavan , Market Road, Attingal is the lawful successor to all the rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property . the
