TENDER NOTICE

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender, accompanied with an EMD of Rs . 2,000 in the form of crossed DD in the name of the undersigned from any Nationalized Bank .

Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 30-8-2010 . Tenders without accompanied by the E.M.D. and the agreement in the Stamp Paper will not be accepted on any account .

Sealed tenders are invited for Lab equipments for Rs . 2,00,000 the supply of to Government and Science College , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2010-11.

The Principal reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The envelopes should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Lab equipments to Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2010-11 " and addressed to the undersigned.

കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആർട്‌സ് ആൻറ് സയൻസ് കോളേജിലെ സയൻസ് വിഭാഗത്തിലെ ലബോറട്ടറികളിലേക്ക് 2010-11 2 ഉപയോഗിച്ച് 2,00,000 (രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം ) രൂപയ്ക്കുളള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ < 2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവ . ആർട്സ് ആൻറ് സയൻസ് കോളേജിലെ സയൻസ് വിഭാഗ ത്തിലെ ലബോാട്ടറികളിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും എന്ന് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ ആലേഖനം പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-8-2010 മണിവരെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 ക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം സ്വീകരി 2 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുളള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-8-2010 at 12 noon and will be opened at 2 p . m . on the same day. Tenderer should submit their tenders inthe prescribed form which can be had from the undersignedigned on cash payment orby Money Order of Rs. 4166 ( inclusive ofof allall taxes)taxes ) forfor originaoriginal tender and Rs . 208 ( inclusive of all taxes ) for the duplicate . The tender forms are not transferable . The list of articles will be available with the tender form . Those who have required tender form by Registered Post should send Rs . 453 (The cost of tender form , ST and Registered Postal Charges ) .

Tenders will be accepted upto 1 p.m. on on 31-8-2010 and will be opened at 3p.m. 31-8-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted .

Cost of the Computer supplied as per this tender will be paid only after satisfactory testing of the machines and duly certified by the L. B. S. Center for Science & Technology towards compliance of configurations .

പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങ 30-8-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില 416 രൂപയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് കോപ്പിയുടെ വില 208 രൂപയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മുഖേനയോ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ ദർഘാസിൻറ വിലയും , നികുതിയും രജിസ് റേറർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും അടക്കമുള്ള തുകയ്ക്ക് മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട സാധനസാമഗ്രികളുടെ പട്ടിക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി നൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോടഞ്ചേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് സയൻസ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ , കെമിക്കൽസ് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ മുതലായവ വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിലേക്കായി അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥ‌ാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും .ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . മുദ്രവച്ച .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും 2,000 രൂപയ്ക്കുളള നിരതദ്രവ്യവും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും നിരതദ്രവ്യം കൂടെടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിലയാണം ദർഘാസിൽ നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുളള ഉടമ്പടി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടത് .

കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കാനുളള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കു ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില അസ്‌സൽ ന്നതാണ് 400 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററിന് 200 രൂപയുമാണ് . കൂടാതെ വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും ഉണ്ട് . ദർഘാസിൻറ വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ 2 മണിക്ക് വിൽപ്പന 28-8-2010 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ അടയ്ക്കക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജ് 36 രൂപ വേറെ നൽകിയാൽ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .

31-8-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്കകം ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കോടഞ്ചേരി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ വശം. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കിട്ടിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ. 31-8-2010-0 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളള വരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ഈ ദർഘാസ് പ്രകാരം നൽകുന്ന കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറു കളുടെ വില എൽ . ബി . എസ് . സെൻറർ ഫോർ സയൻസ് ആൻറ് ടെക്നോളജിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലിന് ശേഷമേ നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ .

The tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Laboratory Items and equipments , Chemicals , Computer etc. 2010-2011 " and addressed to the Principal , Government College, Kodanchery , Kozhikode-673 580. An EMD equal to 1% of the estimated cost should be remitted along with the tender either by D. D. drawn in favour of Principal , Government College, Kodanchery or by cash.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Govt . College , Kodanchery obtain the requisitesite tender forms by a cash remittance ofRs . 400 (for original form) and Rs . 200 ( for duplicate, if required) as cost of the form +VAT which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 28-8-2010 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms or nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Those who require forms by post have to remit an additional amount of Rs . 36 towards postage .
