Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Consumables for COE BBBT Course of Government I.T.I. , Chackai , Thiruvananthapuram.
Tender No. -B5/01 /2010 .
Cost of tender form (Tax 12.5% extra) :
Original Rs . 300. Duplicate Rs . 150 .
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 28-8-2010 at 2 p.m.
Date and time of opening of tender-28-8-2010, 3 p.m.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed B5 / 01 / 10 dated 19-7-2010 and addressed to the Principal , Govt . I.T.I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted .accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 28-8-2010 in the presence of such of the renderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. T. I. , Chackai, Thiruvananthapuram, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 300 + 12.5 % VAT . (Rupees Three hundred only ) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala , if they remit an amount ofRs . 125 ( Rupees One hundred and twenty five only) by Money Order separately. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m . on 27-8-2010 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on remittance of the cost .
