SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. A8/893/2010. 30th July 2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments to University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11.

The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments vide Tender Notice No. 3/10/A8/UC/ UGA" and addressed to The Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach this College on or before 17-8-2010, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 17-8-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p.m. on the working days till 17-8-2010. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 451 (Rupees Four hundred and Fiftyone only) including VAT+Cess. The tender forms can be had by post by sending Money Order for Rs. 501.

The cost of duplicate tender form will be Rs. 226 (Rupees Two hundred and Twentysix only) including VAT+Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender form. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending Money Order for Rs. 777 (Rupees Seven hundred and Seventyseven only).

The cost of tender form, paid, will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towords the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V. P. P. The tender forms are not transferable.

Face Value is Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only.)

തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിററി കോളേജിൽ 2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നല്കുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിററി കോളേജ,് തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 17-8-2010-ന് 2 മണിയ്ക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്ക് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 17-8-2010 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 451 രൂപയും (വാററ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂπിക്കേററ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില 226 രൂപയും (വാററ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേററ് ഫോറം നല്കുകയുളളു. തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനു മാത്രം 501 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 777 രൂപയും അധികം മണിഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം 100 രൂപയിൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി നൽകേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തുക ഡി.ഡി. ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

പട്ടിക പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താവുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑ കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്നു പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുൻപ്, 100 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി.ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ, കേരള സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവലിലെ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെൻഡർ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതായി അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചാൽ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സർക്കാരുമായി ടെൻഡറുകാരൻ കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടേ≠തും ടി നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായി ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനംമൂലം സർക്കാരിന് നഷ്ടം ഉ≠ായാൽ അതിന് കരാറുകാരൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥൻ ആയിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

The Executive Engineer, Harbour Engineering Division, Kollam invites sealed and competitive tenders for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from approved manufacturers, distributors and stockists for the supply of following item.

Tender No.—15/2010-11/EE/KLM.

Description of Articles to be supplied—Supply of 200 mm diameter, 7m long, Reinforced Flexible Rubber Hose having working pressure of 12 kg/cm2 for the DP 100B Sand pump.

Quantity—1 No.

Period of supply—within 15 days from the date of issuing supply order.

Intending tenderers may submit their tender in the tender schedule issued from this office. The tender form can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, Harbour Engineering Division, Asramam, Kollam on written request accompanied by necessary certificates to prove the eligibility and on payment of Rs. 400 + 4% VAT (Rs. 416) being the cost of tender form during the office hours on all working days from 10-8-2010 upto 1 p. m. on 20-8-2010. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued on application along with payment of Rs. 200 + 4% VAT (Rs. 208). The cost of tender forms or duplicate forms once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tenderer's desirous of having tender documents by post shall have to remit Rs. 466 being the cost of tender form plus Rs. 50 postal charge and Rs. 258 for duplicate form by money orders. Cheques, Drafts, Postal Orders etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms sent by V.P.P. The department will not be responsible for any delay caused in getting tender forms in time either due to the postal delay or by any other reasons.

The sealed tenders should be superscribed as the "Tender for the supply of reinforced Flexible Rubber Hose for 100 DP Sand Pump" and addressed to the Executive Engineer, Harbour Engineering Division, Kollam, Asramam-2 as to reach on or before 20-8-2010 at 3.30 p. m. If the last date of receipt of tender happens to be a holiday tender will be accepted upto 3.30 p. m. on the next working day.

The tenderers should send along with his tender form a preliminary agreement in the prescribed proforma attached along with the tender schedule executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 (if Kerala Stamp Paper is required by post an amount of Rs. 150 is to be send by money order including the postage charge). The tenders should also accompanied by EMD which is4 1% of quoted amount rounded to nearest higher 50 rupees as DD pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Harbour Engineering Division, Kollam from any of the Nationalised Bank having branch at Kollam. Tenders without the required agreement and EMD will be rejected. The tenders will be opened at 4 p. m. on 20-8-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. The firm period of tender is 4 months. The conditions put forthwith by the tenderer along with the tender will not be accepted. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all cost of materials, taxes, duties, transit insurance and delivery charges at site. The item shall have enough warranty against any manufacturing defect, eligible maximum guarantee period furnished and supplied at Neendakara fishery Harbour, Kollam, Kerala. The rule applicable to store purchase in Kerala Government is applicable to this tender also. All conditions prevailing to tender and all other supplementary orders related with tender acceptance in Kerala P.W.D. are also applicable to this tender. The undersigned reserves the right to reject application for tender forms or submitted tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Thiruvananthapuram on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites competitive tender for the following work in sealed cover superscribing the name of work from the Manufacturers/Dealers/Suppliers of "Electronic Total Station".

The firm period of the tender will be four (4) months from the date of receipt of tender.

Name of Work—Supplying of 'Electronic Total Station' and accessories (1 No.).

Estimate PAC—Rs. 4,00,000.

EMD—Rs. 10,000.

Cost of tender documents— Rs. 800 + VAT @ 4 %.

Last date of receipt of tender—16-8-2010, 4 p.m. Tender documents and other particulars can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days commencing from 11-8-2010 upto 4 p.m. on 12-8-2010. A preliminary agreement in the prescribed form in Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 should also be executed and submitted along with the Tender. Tenders received without preliminary agreement will be summarily rejected. According to the provision of Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund Act 8(2) 1984, the Contractor who is undertaking Construction of work has to remit 1% of total cost of construction as contribution towards the Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund. The EMD should be pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Thiruvananthapuram and submitted along with the tender.

The sealed tenders should reach the office of the undersigned by post/speed post on or before 4 p.m. on 16-8-2010. Under any circumstances the tenders received directly or by courier will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on 16-8-2010 by the undersigned or an authorized person in the presence of tenderers who are present at that time. The tenders will not be received in person direct under any circumstances. If the tender date is declared to be a holiday the tenders will be received on the next working day upto 4 p.m. and will be opened at 4.30 p.m. Earnest Money will not be accepted in the form of Indira Vikas Pathra. Labour Contract Societies should produce certificates from competent authority (from concerned Joint Registrar) showing their class of Registration, work in hand, financial limit of total works. They can take up time and eligibility certificate along with the tender documents. All the conditions prevailing in respect of the tenders in Kerala Irrigation Department and as per the G.O. (P) No. 84/97/PW&T is applicable to the above work also.

Sealed tenders are invited for concluding rate contract for the supply of the following Medical Gases required for the hospitals attached to Medical College, Kottayam for a period of one year from the date which will be specified in the order.

നിരക്ക് എല്ലാ നികുതികളും അതത് ആശുപത്രികളിൽ സാധനം എത്തിക്കേ≠തിനുള്ള മറ്റ് ചെലവുകൾ അടക്കം, ഒഴിഞ്ഞതും നിറച്ചതുമായ സിലി≠റുകൾ തരം തിരിച്ചു കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—രൂപ 30,000. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (നികുതികളടക്കം):

ഒറിജിനൽ—രൂപ 5,063. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്—രൂപ 2,530.

ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പനയുടെ അവസാന തീയതിയും Name of Gas Cylinder capacity 1. Medical Oxygen I. P. Grade 7.1, 7.0, 0.0727 and 1.5 Cu. meter or any other volume 2. Nitrous Oxide I. P Grade Bulk and Small Rate quoted should be for each unit of the said specification. Rates should be quoted separately for price of Gas filled in cylinder inclusive of all taxes at the Store/ Godown of tenderer (Location should be specified) and for transportation (to and fro) from the Store/Godown to the hospital at Gandhinagar, Kottayam including charges for loading and unloading (i.e door delivery). Rates for repair, charges of values etc. should also be quoted separately. The tenders (in original) should be signed and superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C3/16677/ 2008/MCK Medical Gases and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Kottayam-8" so as to reach on or before 31-8-2010, 11 a. m. Tender received after the notified time will not be entertained. The duly filled up tenders with Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 30,000 will be opened on 31-8-2010 at 2.30 p. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time. If the date of opening happens to be holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day. The rate offered should be inclusive of all taxes and F. O. R. destination and stable during the period of contract.

The prescribed tender forms can be had from this Office on direct cash remittance of Rs. 5,063 (including taxes) for original and Rs. 2,530 (including taxes) for duplicate. If the form is required by post Rs. 40 towards postal charges also be added to the Money Order, E. M. D. Rs. 30,000 . No other modes of remittance will be allowed. Cost of tender forms will not be refunded. Sales of forms will be closed on 30-8-2010, 3.30 p. m. Money Order will be entertained only up to 20-8-2010. SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply, installation and demonstration of Diesel Generator set to Electrical Department to Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. 1/2010-11 for the supply of Equipments to Electrical Department and addressed to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod, P. O. Periye- 671 316. The last date for the receipt of tender is on 31-8-2010 at 11 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 2 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod, P. O. Periye-671 316 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 416 (Rupees four hundred and sixteen only) which is the price fixed for the tender form. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of the tender form will be closed at 3 p. m. on 30-8-2010. Cheques, Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at a cost of Rs. 208 (Rupees two hundred and eight only) per copy.

Those who require the tender forms by post have to send a self addressed stamped for Rs. 32 envelope of size 30 × 12 cm. after remitting the cost of tender form by Money Order.
