Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 416. (Rupees four hundred and sixteen only) for the original isis the price fixed for the form and not refundable under any circumstances . The value of the tender forma includes ST and AST . The tender forms are not transferable . Tender forms can be obtained by post by sending money order of Rs . 446 (Rupees four hundred and fortysix only) for original . Cheques , Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. , will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be the form sent by V.P.P. Sale of tender form willbe closed at 3 p.m. on 6-9-2010.

Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1 / 85/ 2010-11 for the supply of equipments for Mechanical Engineering Department of this College and addressed to Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 30-8-2010, 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 31-8-201031-8-2 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal , Goverament Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 416 the price fixed for the requisite tender form. Tenders should be addressed to the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the Tender No. 1 / 2010-11 and tender name, Supply of equipments to Various Electronics Lab Electronics etc. Department duly superscribed the cover Lab of on Tender forms in the prescribed form can be obtained from the Office of the Principal , IPT & GPTC, Shoranur either in person on cash remittance of Rs . 1,100+VAT ( Rs . 44, Total Rs . 1,144) or by post through Money Order with postage charge of Rs . 40 in addition to the cost of tender form if the same is to be send by post .
