No. A1/19500/TC/2009. 1st July 2010.

The Honourable High Court of Kerala in the WP(C) No.15113/2010 filed by Sri T.A. Augustine, Senior Superintendent for the assignment of seniority, considering the finalization of the disciplinary proceedings by exonerating him of the charges leveled against him ordered to reconsider his case within six weeks. The review Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) held on 18-6-2010 considered the case of restoration of his seniority in the cadre of Senior Superintendent and decided to place him just above Sri K. P. Varghese, Senior Superintendent (retired) his immediate Junior for notional promotion.
