The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 21-11-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 5-8-2009 for the post of L.D. Accountant (Category No. 245/07) in Kerala Small Industries Development Corporation Limited on Rs. 3050-5230. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 9-12-2009.
The List will be inforce for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer script will be re- checked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004. Candidates can also apply for a Xerox copy of their answer script. The application should be in the prescribed form (available in the Commission's website) along10th AUG. 2010] KERALA GAZETTE 750 with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred only) remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State under the head of account "0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, in the above said address. Applications for re-checking and for Xerox copy should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List. Applications received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded. Copy of answer sheet will be issued only once to candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated by the Commission will not be issued. Candidates are informed that they are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against such persons.
Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
The result of re-checking copy of script of the candidates who apply as per rules will be intimated/forwarded from this office.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 8-2-2008 and subsequent verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 15-5-2009 for the post of Boat Lascar on Rs. 2750-4625 (PR), Category No. 95/2007 in the Kerala State Water Transport Department. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 15-12-2009.
The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates, from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of the list. In the case of candidates who send applications for recheking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-I Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entilted to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (head of Account 0051-PSC-800-other receipts 99). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 5-7-2008 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 10-6-2009 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Carpentry) on Rs. 4990-7990 (Category No. 361/2007) in Technical Education Department in Kottayam District arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-12-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 64 (Sixtyfour) marks of above in the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other receipts-99". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
