SHORT TENDER NOTICE

പാലക്കാട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജി ലേക്ക് ഏകദേശം 30,000 ( മുപ്പതിനായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) രൂപ വിലവരുന്ന കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer & Accessories to Government Victoria College , Palakkad for Rs . 30,000 .
The tenders should be superscribed " Tender No. A5-688/09 ( CDC) Supply of Computer & Accessories " and addressed to " The Principal , Government Victoria College , Palakkad-678 001 " . The filled in tenders should reach in this office on or before 27-8-2010 , 2 p . m . Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances . The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 27-8-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised represen- tatives who may be present at that time .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തത കവറിൻറെ പുറത്ത് "ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ3-688 /09 (CDC) കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെയും വിതരണം 2009-10 രേഖപ്പെ ടു ത്തേണ്ട തും " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജ് , പാലക്കാട്- 678 001 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 27-8-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്കു മുൻപായി കോളേജ് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെൻഡറുകൾ 27-8-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറു രുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത ഏജൻറിൻറയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
on Intending tenderers may on application to " The Principal , Govt . Victoria College , Palakkad - 678 001 " obtain the requisite tender forms which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by Money Order or cash remittance of Rs . 156 (Rupees One hundred and fifty six only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable.

Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 27-8-2010 . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Demand Drafts , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted owards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms the sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs. 104 per copy .

താണ് . ടെണ്ടർഫോറം 3-9-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 4-9-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെയാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 4-9-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 - ന് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 9/2010-11 /Matching Grant " and addressed to The Principal , Government Brennen College , Dharmadam, Thalassery -6 . Sales of tenders will be closed on 3-9-2010 at 2.30 p.m. The last date for receipt of tender form is 4-9-2010 at 2 p . m . Tenders will be opened on 4-9-2010 at 2.30 p . m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
170 ഓർഡർ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് , ഡി.ഡി. , പോസ്ററൽ എന്നിവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ്റെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 30 രൂം ആയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേണ്ടി അധഅധികമായി 120 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . (മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൻറെ വില 100 രൂപയും അധിക ചെലവ് 20 രൂപയും . )

ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ മുളളവർ 115 രൂപ കൂടുതലായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് . ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറാം ലഭിക്കുക യുളളൂ . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ
ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള

Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 170 at the Office or by Money Order which the price is fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques, Postage Stamps , Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an E. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered for . This is subject to a minimum Rs. 30. Tender form if required by Post an additional amount of Rs . 40 should be sent .
An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 ( Rupees hundred only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside State in the case theythe required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of Rs . 120 (Rupees one hundred and twenty only) . Duplicate tender form if any required willbe issued at Rs . 115 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form .
The Principal reserves herself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ഇൻവേർട്ടറുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ഇതിനായി മാച്ചിംഗ് ഗ്രാൻറ് ഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും ഏകദേശം 50,000 രൂപ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .
