SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. F1-6388 /2010.
26th July 2010 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of 145 Numbers of Tyre , Tub , Flap of size 7.50 x 16 to Fire and Rescue Services Department . Details of items can be had along with the tender forms . The tenders are to reach the undersigned before 5 p. m . on 27-8-2010 .
The tenders should be subscribed as Tender No. 1/2010 and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards Civil Defence and Fire & Rescue Services Headquarters , Housing Board Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened a . m. on 28-8-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . at11
Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender on which tenders should be submitted . form Application for the tender forms should be accom- panied by a cash remittance /Money Order of Rs . 1,500+ 4% VAT (Round to next Rupee) per copy which is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 26-8-2010 . Neither Cheques , Bank Drafts , Postal Orders, Postage Stamps etc. will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the tender forms be sent per Value Payable Post . Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied @Rs . 750 + 4 % VAT per copy. The tenders are to ready the General Conditions given in the tender forms carefully before the forms are filled up .
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to firms outside State, if required by a separate cash remittance of Rs . 70 by Money Order .
കേരള ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് 7.50X 16 വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള 145 ടയർ , ട്യൂബ്, ഫ്ളാപ്പ് എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേ ക്കായി താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 / 10-ാം നമ്പരായി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. മേൽപ്പടി ദർഘാസിൻറെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില രൂപ 1,500 + 4 % മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില ~ 750+4% മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിൽപ്പന 26-8-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന താണ് . നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ 27-8-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തു‌‌ത തീയതിക്കു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 28-8-2010 , 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽവച്ച് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ്
ഈ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ , വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ, ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ മുതലായവ കമാൻഡൻറ് ജനാൽ , ഹോംഗാർഡ്സ് , സിവിൽ ഡിഫൻസ് , ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് , കേരള ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് ജംഗ്ഷൻ , പുളിമൂട് പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , പിൻ -695 001 എന്ന് ഓഫീസറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , പോസ്ററൽ സ്ററാമ്പ്, ചെക്ക്, ബാങ്ക് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് 'എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
