Sealed tenders in the prescribed format is invited for the supply of E.C.G. Paper to Medical College Hospital , Vandanam , Alappuzha .
ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 011-5446/2010/MCHA രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സൂപ്രണ്ട് , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി , വണ്ടാനം , ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 14-9-2010 പകൽ 11 മണി ക്കുമുമ്പായി ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-9-2010 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക്* ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ താക ന്നതാണ് . തുറക്കു
ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർഅസ്‌സലിന്അതിൻറെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഒന്നിന് 200 രൂപയുംരൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും F അടച്ച് 13-9-2010 പകൽ 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്ര ത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതിത്തരേണ്ടതും മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
Tender No. CI - 5446 /2010/ MCHA and due date should be superscribed on the envelope at each tender. Tender should be addressed to the Superintendent , Medical College Hospital , Alappuzha . Last date of receipt of tender is on 14-9-2010 at 11 a.m. Late tenders will not be accepted at any cost. The tender will be opened on 14-9-2010 at 3 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may obtain the tender form from the Office of the Superintendent , Medical College before 13-9-2010 Hospital, Alappuzha at 3 p.m. on or
