INVITATIONS FOR BIDS ( 1FB) , NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
Bid No. 4 / SE/ NH/ GG/2010-11 /Kochi .

The Superintending Engineer , National Highway Central Circle , Kochi invites bids for the construction of work detailed below . The bidders may submit bids for the following work .
Name of work-NH- 17-Annaul Plan-IRQP- 2010-11 from km. 319/370 to km. 342/000 .
Approximate value of work-Rs . 1,255 lakh .
Bid security-Rs . 25.10 lakh .
Cost of tender document-Rs . 25,000+ VAT .
Period of completion-12 months .
Bidding documents and additional copies may be purchased from the Office of the Superintending Engineer , National Highway Central Circle , Vyttila, Kochi on 7-9-2010 to 8-9-2010 upto 1 p . m . for a non refundable fee as indicated, in the form of Cash/ Demand Draft on any Scheduled Bank payable at Kochi in favour of the Superintending Engineer , National Highway Central Circle, Kochi . Interested bidders may obtain further information from the same address. Bidding documents requested by mail will be despatched by Registered/ Speed Post on payment of an extra amount of Rs . 500. The Department will be held responsible for the postal delay if any , in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same .
Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount specified for the work shown above payable at Kochi and drawn in favour of the Superintending Engineer , National Highway Central Circle , Kochi . Bid Security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be walid for 45 days beyond the validity of the bid.
Bids must be delivered to the "Superintending Engineer on or before 4 p.m. on 24-9-2010. The opening of the bids will be at office of the Chief Engineer, National Highway , Thiruvananthapuram . Time and Venue will be intimated from Chief Engineer's office . If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids specified, the bids will be received on the next working day at the same time and venue . as A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-9-2010 at 11.30 a.m. at the Office of the Superintending Engineer , National Highway ( Central Circle ) , Vyttila, Kochi to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in Clause 9.2 of " Instructions to Bidders " of the bidding document .

സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ദേശീയപാത, മദ്ധ്യമേഖല , വൈററില , കൊച്ചിയുടെ പേരിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് ബാങ്കിന്റെ കൊച്ചിയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന നിശ്ചിത തുകയ്ക്കുളള ഡിമാൻഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ്/രൊക്കം പണം (തിരിച്ച് നൽകാത്തത്) അടച്ച് ഒർമദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും പകർപ്പുകളും 7-9-2010 ๓ 8-9-2010 226ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് മണി വരെ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ദേശീയപാത , മദ്ധ്യമേഖല , വൈാറില , കൊച്ചിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . താൽപര്യമുള്ള കരാറു കാർക്ക് കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇതേഇതേ വിലാസത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് 500 രൂപ അധികം അടച്ചാൽ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ്/ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാൽ തകരാറുമൂലമോ മറ്റോ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിൽ കാലതാമസമോ ടി പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കാതിരി ക്കുകയോ ചെയ താൽ ആയതിന് ഈ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് യാതൊരുവിധ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഏറെറടുക്കുന്നതല്ല .
മുകളിൽ പ്രസ്‌താവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ദേശീയപാത, മദ്ധ്യമേഖല , വൈററില , കൊച്ചിയുടെ പേരിൽ (കൊച്ചിയിൽ മാറാവുന്നത് ) ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് നിരതദ്രവ്യം , ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൽ പ്രസ്താവിക്കപ്പെട്ട വിധത്തിലായി രി ക്കേ ണ്ടതും 45 ദിവസം കൂടുതൽ സാധ്യതയുള്ളതും ആയിരിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-9-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കൽ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ദേശീയപാത , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ചാണ് . ദർഘാസ് താതുറക്കുന്ന സമയവും എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ദേശീയപാത, തിരുവനന്തപുറത്ത് നിന്നും അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത ദർഘാസ് തീയതിയിൽ ഓഫീസിന് അവധി യായാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ . സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിലെ ക്ലോസ് 19.2 -കരാറു കാർക്കുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം കരാറുകാർക്കുള്ള സംശയങ്ങൾ വിശദീകരി ക്കുന്നതിന്, പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻ ദർഘാസ് യോഗം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് 15-9-2010 രാവിലെ 11.30 മണിക്ക് നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് .
