Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of a Camera to Upgrade the Slit Lamp Microscope for Ophthalmology Department of Medical College, Thrissur . The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 14/2010-11 /MCTCR" for the supply of Camera to Upgrade the Slit Lamp Microscope for Ophthalmology Department and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Thrissur . The last date fixed for the receipt of tender is at 1 p.m. on 15-9-2010 and opening is at 3 p.m. on 15-9-2010 . Sale of tender will be closed at 4 p.m. on 14-9-2010. The cost oftender form is Rs . 550 and duplicate copy is Rs . 225. The tender form is not transferable . Money Order will be accepted towards cost of tender form till 7-9-2010 . Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or authorized suppliers for the supply of Automatic Tissu Processing Machine and Microtome with knife to department of Forensic Medicine of Medical College , Kozhikode.

Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. and addressed to the Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode . Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 and EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for . The tenders will be opened on the above date in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives .

Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees only against payment . The tenders without the agreement and sufficient Earnest Money Deposit and tenders that do not satisfying the conditions are liable to be rejected without any notice . Cheques , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala , on request along with the remittance ofRs . 140 by Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode .
