Tenders for pre- qualification and execution of the following works are invited from financially sound and well experienced registered 'A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works / Irrigation Department who have successfully completed atleast one similar works costing more than 40 % ( Forty percentage) of the estimate P. A. C. of works during the last five years . The application for tender schedule shouldbe supported by Certificate of prior experience in works as mentioned below obtained from the agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Electrical works should be got carried out only through PWD licensed Electrical Contractor . The Electrical work will be supervised , measured , check measured and bill passed by the Electrical wing of the PWD . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and tim : prescribed for each work as mentioned below by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier .

ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ( കെട്ടിടങ്ങളും തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ പണികളും) , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി കൾക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുളള വരും പ്രസ്തുത പണിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള സമാനമായ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി (ഒററപ്പണി ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനകം ചെയ്ത് തീർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് ഇറിഗേഷൻ വകുപ്പിലെ ' എ ' ക്ലാസ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷനുളള കരാറുകാർ /സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവർത്തി ഏറെറടുത്തു നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ദർഘാസ് (പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു . പി . ഡബ്ളിയു. ഡി . ലൈസൻസുളള ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ കോൺട്രാക്‌ടർ മുഖേന ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പണി ക ചെയ്യിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പണികൾക്ക് മേൽനോട്ടം വഹിക്കുന്നതും അളവുകൾ എടുക്കുന്നതും ചെക്ക് മെഷർ ചെയ്യുന്നതും ബില്ലുകൾ പാസ്സാക്കുന്നതും പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വിഭാഗമായിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻറെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻറ വിലയുംയും 12.5% വാറും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്ധിച്ച എഗ്രിമെൻറ് അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുളളു. മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ - പി . ക്യൂ . 59& 60 / എസ്.ഇ.ബി . എസ് . സി . / 2010-11.

Tenders for pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited by the undersigned from financially sound and well experienced Registered 'A' Class Contractors/Firms of Kerala PWD , companies who have successfully completed atleast one similar work costing more than 40 % ( Forty percentage) Estimate P. A. C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should be supported by Certificate of prior experience in work obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Tender should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before prescribed date up to 4 p . m . by Registered Post. The Pre-qualification tenders will be opened on the prescribed date at 4.30 p . m . The Labour Contract Societies who participate in the tender shall produce necessary Certificate obtained from the Joint Registrar regarding their qualification and certificate obtained from the Assistant Registrar regarding the works in hand as stipulated in the G. O. (Ms.) No. 135/ 97/ Co . op . dated 13-11-1997 . Exemptions and preferences allowed to Labour Contract Societies vide G. O. (Ms.) No. 135/97/ Co-op. dated 13-11-1997 and KSCC vide G.O. (Ms. ) No. 81 / 97 / PW & T dated 7-8-1997 and G.O (Ms.) No. 75/ 97/ PWD, dated 18-8-1998 will be applicable to this tender also . Pre-qualification -cum tenders are invited by the Superintending Engineer, Roads and Bridges , North Circle , Kozhikode for the following work for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala .
Name of work Wayanad District - Stimulous Package Construction of Bridge in Wayanad District . Kottoor Estimate PAC-Rs . 210 Lakh . Time of Completion-18 months
Cost of tender form is Rs . 25,000 + VAT cach. E. M. D. of Rs . 50,000 each should be endorsed for the works in favour of the Superintending Engineer . The date of issue of tender documents is from 30-8-2010 to 4-9-2010 upto 1 p. m. Last date of recept of tender is on 11-9-2010 upto 4 p.m. The technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p. m . on the same day . If it falls as a holiday, the next workingdaywill be taken into account . The Contractor having 'A' Class Registrationion in PWD/ Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40% of the estimate cost of above works within 5 years . The documents in proof of this shall be produced along with the application for tender documents . The E.M.D. and Preliminary Agreement and T. R. 5 ( in Original) should be furnished along wish Pre-qualification tender . other conditions prevailing in P. W. D. regarding pre-qualification bids and tenders are laid down in G. O. കുറിപ്പ് : മുൻ യോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയ ദർഘാസുകൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രകാരം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .

കവർ 2 - ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ ബിഡ് ,
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ കവറുകൾ പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ പേര് , രേഖകളുടെ പേര് , മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് മൂന്നാമത്തെ കവറിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത'ത് പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ . നിരതദ്രവ്യം ബാങ്കിൻറതായിരിക്കണം . ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് Office of the Superintending Engineer, Roads & Bridges , North Circle, Kozhikode .
