TENDER NOTICE
No. 9550/A3/08/Sty. 6th August 2010.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for undertaking the following work.
Tender No.—71/2010-11.
Name of Work—Repairs & Maintenance of Weigh bridge installed at the premises of the Stationery Department, Thiruvananthapuram by replacing load cell (if necessary).
P. A. C.—Rs. 1,30,000.
E.M.D.—1%.
Cost of tender form:—
Original—Rs. 416 (including KVAT @ 4.04%) Duplicate—Rs. 208 (including KVAT @ 4.04%) Date and time for sale of tender form—22-9-2010, 4 p. m.
Date and time for receipt of tenders—
23-9-2010, 3 p. m.
Date and time for opening of tenders—23-9-2010, 4 p. m.
cash (remittance in office) or by money order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery, PMG Jn., Thiruvananthapuram (Name of the officer should not be mentioned in M.O. Coupon). Cheques, Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be sent by VPP. The cost of tender forms is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/M.O. Coupon. The tender forms are not transferable.
3. The cover containing the tender shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and name of work "Tender for maintenance of Weigh bridge" (Separate cover for each tender) and addressed to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderer or their authorized representative who may be present at the time of opening of the tender.
4. Every tender shall send along with tender a preliminary agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 and furnish 1% of the total cost of materials as Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted in cash. Demand Draft or FDR taken in favour of the Controller of Stationery with due endorsement. The firm under S.S.I. Unit registered with SPD Government of Kerala only will be exempted from the payment of EMD and SD.
5. A Specimen of preliminary agreement deed is appended to the tender form. Tenders received without the agreement deed, Earnest Money Deposit will not be considered. Further details, if any, can be had from the office of the undersigned during the office hours.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതണം. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-33 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിനായി നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിൽ 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതും അതേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടേയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ, സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന്റെ തലേദിവസം 4 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ്. താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ നി›ിത ഫോറ ത്തിനുവേ≠ി സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണിഓർഡ റായോ (സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസ ത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യ‡ മായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില കൂടി ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസ് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്ഥലത്തിനും മാറ്റം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
