TENDER NOTICE
[No. 2/2010-11 /Plan]
No. A3-1362/2010 .
11th August 2010 .
Cheques , Demand Drafts or the Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form. Those who require the tender form by post, should send an amount of Rs . 1,175 [Rs . 1,125 +50 (postal charge ) ] by Money Order . Application for tender form to be sent by post , will be entertained only upto 31-8-2010.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals for an amount of Rs . 4,93,000 to the Various Department of Government College, Kasaragod underund State Plan- 2010-11 Development of Lab and Library .
Rates and conditions for the supply of Lab Equipments , maximum period required for the delivery of articles should clearly be mentioned. The rates should remain stable till 31-3-2011 .
The tender should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments and chemicals under State Plan ( 2010-11) Development of Lab and Library" , and addressed to the Principal , Government College, Vidyanagar P.O. , Kasaragod-671 123 .
Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and an E. M. D. of 1 % of the quoted value in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kasaragod .
The last date and time for the receipt of the tender will be on17-9-2010 , 1 p . m . and the same will be opened at 2p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present, at that time . Late tenders will not be accepted on any account .
Tender without E. M. D. will be rejected , but from the firms which are exempted from furnishing E.M.D. on production of clear documentary evidence,
The application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 1,125 being the cost of tender form including Sales Tax . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 12 Noon on 17-9-2010 .
The undersigned reserves the right to extend cancel or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

കാസർകോട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച ലാബുകളുടെ യും ലൈബ്രറികളുടെയും വികസനം (๒ ) എന്ന വിഹിതത്തിൽതിൽ നിന്നും 4,93,000 രൂപയുടെ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും രാസപദാർത്ഥങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന കവറിനുപുറത്ത് " ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും രാസപദാർത്ഥങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ് 2010-11 (പ്ലാൻ) ലാബു കളുടെയും ലൈബ്രറികളുടെയും വികസനം " എന്ന് എഴുതി ( പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ്മൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട് , പി.ഒ. വിദ്യാനഗർ , -671 123 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 17-9-2010 -m ഉച്ചയക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെയാണ് . വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുളള ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ ദർഘാസുകൾ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന താണ് . അന്നേദിവസം
വിദ്യാനഗർ പി.ഒ. എന്ന പേരിൽ ഡി . ദർഘാസിന്റെകൂടെ 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിലുളള എഗ്രിമെൻറും നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട്, ഡി.ഡി. അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സർക്കാർ പർച്ചേസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് . മുഖേന രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ മതിയായ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നപക്ഷം നിരതദ്രവ്യം രേഖകൾ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതില്ല .
യാതൊരു കാരണവും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസ് തീയതി ദീർഘിപ്പിക്കുവാനോ റദ്ദാക്കു വാനോ 22일 അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
ദർഘാസിനുളള അപേക്ഷാഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട് , പി.ഒ. വിദ്യാനഗർ , പിൻ -671 123 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില വിൽപ്പനനികുതിയടക്കം 1,125 രൂപ പണമായി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ല .
