RE.TENDER NOTICE
13th August 2010 .
No. P ( 1 ) / 3150/2010.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items from Authorised Dealers/ Manufacturers to Ground Water Department , Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram.
Deatails of Item-Superior quality Gravel of size between 4 mm , and 8 mm. free from dust , sand and clay particles .
Quantity-300 Tones .
PAC Rs . 9,00,000,
E.M.D.-1 %.
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 1,690
Duplicate Rs . 900 .
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item , each in separate sealed over addressed to the Director , Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan , Ambalamukku , Kowdiar P.Ο. , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 14-9-2010 at 3 p . m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 30-8-2010 at 11 a . m . and. will be closed at 12 noon on 14-9-2010 . The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p . m . on 14-9-2010.
Intending tenderers may give application to the Director , Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku , Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State, Pin -695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance /Money Order in favour of the Director , Ground Water Department , Ambalamukku , Kowdiar P.O .. Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender forms / set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques , Drafts or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender forms will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on payment . An Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer .
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 (Rupees hundred only) should be submitted with each tender form. Stamp Paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of Rs . 135 (Rs . 100 for stamp paper and Rs . 35 for postal and incidental charges ) which maybe remitted by money order along with the cost of tender forms .
All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender . Due to any reason if the tender openingday is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day . The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.
കേരള ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് ഗ്രാവൽ മണ്ണോ , ചെളിയോ ഇല്ലാത്ത 4 എം . എം . മുതൽ 8 എം . എം . വരെ- 300 ടൺ സ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി 85895 ക്വാറി ഉടമ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില രൊക്കമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ ( തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല ) അടച്ച് ഒറിജിനൽ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാർ / വിതരണക്കാർ എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് സഹിതം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , അമ്പലമുക്ക് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -3 എന്ന കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഓരോ വകകൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്ര ചെയ്ത‌ത് ഓരോ കവറിലും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത് വകകൾക്ക് ഉളളതാണെന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , ജലവിജ്ഞാന ഭവൻ , അമ്പലമുക്ക് , 6., തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 14-9-2010-0 ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-9-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കവടിയാർ اله
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 30-8-2010 - ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 14-9-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പവും 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥകാള ഘാസിപ്പവും100 സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേ പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെൻറ് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളി ഖ് മുദ്രപ്പത്രംതം നൽകുന്നതിന് 135 രൂപ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇതിൽ 35 രൂപ മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയോടൊപ്പം പോസ്ററൽ ചാർജ്‌ജിനാണ് . ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ , ബാങ്ക് (ഡ്രാഫ്റുകൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കു ന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1% ദർഘാസിൻറെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്ട‌റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
